My Issues Regarding "Disabilities" Threads - General

Blindness/Paralysis/deafness =/= Down Syndrome, THC, and whatever else.

God if I had downs syndrome or was autistic or something like that I would have offed myself a long time ago. Must take a lot of lack of forsight to not want to in my opinion. Your whole life will be shit, you couldn't live on your own, it'd be hard to find a job or career due to descrimination and misunderstanding, it'd be difficult to find a loved one, like Christ I'd just take my lifetime dose of lead right there.

Naturally, we just can't accept that the big picture is more important than us. But we have to accept that these people are not helping. Stop making me into a racist, stop making me into a horrible person, and stop making me into a "pseudo-idealist". I am none of these things. I am a person that believes in things like abortion. But, laser eye correction can fix an issue like that. A lot of the time, a condition like teacher collins cannot be reversed unless you have really intensive plastic surgery and facial reconstruction. And there are a fair amount of mental conditions that are also hereditary, and cannot be reversed.

And I also support pulling the plug from vegetable persons. But if a person has some deformations, or a bit broken mental state, it's kinda hard to decide. They could turn out as serial killers, or they could grow up to be normal and cope with their illness. But it's best to abort them, because then they can't think or feel.

Aparrently I am not supposed to take offence or feel emotion at the fact that there are people who truly beleive that the world would be just a bit better if my brother was dead. Nobody is useful when it comes down to it.
