You are simply saying "Kill all jews" under your words.
No one wants a second Hitler. Now go and don't come back.

"My freind"? You just called him a misinformed tool.

Though your logical fallacies are bad and repeating, I find that you are entitled an opinion. I am now wishing cancer upon you.

I decided to stop my ad ad hominem tactic and settle this in a dignified manner.

Ok I see now, you're a troll.

Okay, you know, after a lot of thinking, I have come to the conclusion that you are correct, I may not agree with you in all spectrum, but I still agree that these people matter and no matter what, they are people. I noticed that I was being a dick, and I apologize. Sorry.
Ok I see now, you're a troll.
No i'm not.
I actually cried when I read your post, OP. I don't know if I can add anything that wouldn't just pale in comparison to what you just posted, but I just want to let you know that I appreciate what you've done for your brother. I don't know you, but I admire you greatly. Most of us can't relate to having to care for someone with disabilities--I know I can't.
Keep doing what you're doing. Even though I teared up, I feel happier after reading your post.
Edit: This is totally unrelated, but I just clicked on your profile and I realized we have the exact same birthday--the same year and everything.
I can relate to having to care for people with disabilities. My parents used to run a room and board for the mentally ill, and every day I had to live with those people. After a while it gets annoying, and you start to lose sympathy for these people after learning what they're truly like. I've nearly gotten stabbed to death by one guy who was Schizophrenic, and one tried to rape me but I managed to knock him out before anything bad happened.
What I say sounds bad, but after living 5 years with these people I'm just not on the same level as you guys who are more sympathetic. I never imagined these people with disabilities were so fucked up at first, they seemed like great people. But after a while you truly see what they're really like, then again that goes for all people. I'm not going to say all people with disabilities are bad, but from what I had to live with I really don't want anything like that to ever happen again. As for my thread with NSFW in the title, I apologize for including it. I asked beforehand with other people and they told me to put it on there. I just did what others would want best without getting in trouble or disgusted, not saying the girl's disgusting but not a lot of people want to really see that stuff. I didn't post that thread for laughs, I just found it to be a very interesting syndrome after watching a documentary on it.
Kill? I din't say kill. If they are severely disabled at birth, they are probably not fit for life. They should not be spent on so much. They should be euthanised. A life is a life. It isn't some magical soul or something. it is a bunch of electric shocks.
I didn't say throw away emotion, I am saying that as a human, you shouldn't put it ahead of logic. Logic makes us human. Animals have emotions too. But they are not intelligent. With no logic, we would be animals.
ok i have to say it: Euthanise = kill.
Even if you were saying neglect the severely disabled until they die or abort them, who gets to decide where to draw the line? Doctors are wrong all the time. Go to 3 doctors, describe the exact same symptoms and get 3 diagnoses. That has literally happened to me. One post said parents were told he/she wouldn't walk or be able to function normally and now 18 years old and doing ok, by the sounds.
Another thing is that not allowing breeding is not only impractical and ethically challenging, but it doesn't work. There is random mutation. You can never get rid of disabilities, no matter how extreme an approach you take.
Anyway, I hope you never get any kind of political power, coz I would not want to live in your nightmare dystopia of a world and i'm not disabled, nor is anyone close to me. A measure of advancement in a society is how it treats the disadvantaged.

kudos to you for being big enough to say this.
I trust the cancer is unwished.
so can we unwish the radioactive haemarroids please?
it's so much nicer when we all get along
Depending on my condition, if it was rather bad, I would suicide or wish someone to kill me.
But it depends on how bad it is.
But overall, you shouldn't listen to FP as most of us are 13 and know nothing of real life and how it works.
Hence why 12yr olds don't get into ruling countries.
Same here. For example, if I became blind or paralyzed from the neck down, I'd want death. Being born that way is one thing, but living a quarter century and then suddenly losing that ability would be devastating beyond comprehension. I don't know how people do it.

woah. that sounds terrible. you should not have been put in that position. i can understand why you are lacking in sympathy for mental illness then. i think you need to recognise that mental retardation and physical disabilities are not the same as mental illness and that they are usually less threatening. for one thing people with mental illness are usually physically capable and less defenseless than those with physical or mental disabilities. hence they could be (and were) threatening to you. don't get me wrong, not having a rant about mentally ill here saying they are any better or worse than anyone. i can see how you felt threatened and how this might have impacted on your view of disabilities. yes, mental illness is probably called a type of disability, but it is different, partly because those not sticking to their (admittedly difficult) treatment regimes can be unpredictable in mood, thinking and behaviour, which is less often the case for other disabilities. sorry for any offence to those with mental illnesses, but it can be scary for those around if you don't have an effective regime. not everyone who is mentally ill is prone to act out physically, i know, but it does happen. keep trying with treatment, getting it sorted out is worth the effort!

The sad thing is, lots of people don't.
I'll say this as politely as possible.
I'll laugh at whatever the hell I feel like.

Everything is funny, especially when others are suffering and complaining about it.
This is what internet plus anonymity does.
so true. unfortunately. not sure why people are not so much like this irl.
could it be fear of looking bad when other people can see you / know who you are? i don't get it.
fair enough to laugh - a lot of people laugh when they feel uncomfortable / uncertain, like a nervous laugh or a release of tension - but even if it is a full on schadenfreude kind of laugh at other people's misfortune, why do people think it is ok to tell everyone that? especially knowing the object of ridicule can easily find this. so what if they don't know who is laughing at their misfortune. they've already got it hard enough and this lack of acceptance has got to make it just that little bit worse.
can anyone explain it to me? i'm serious, i really don't get how anonymity can change people that much. is it just bluff / trolling for teh lulz online or do people seriously think this venom all the time and just hold back irl?
I laugh at disabled people on the internet, if I were to come into contact with a mentally or physically disabled person in reality I would only feel sorry for them.
I was born completely normal with no problems whatsoever.
Everything else is environmental (glasses and left handedness)
I know this is a terrible thing to say, but people with disabilities were never meant to stay alive. Keeping them alive "because a life is a life" is like having a cat or a dog. People keep their child alive as if it were a pet. If the child is happy (e,g, downs or some other condition where they have no clue what is going on) then it isn't so bad, but the people who are suffering because of their condition and are selfishly kept alive by their families are the ones I feel bad for. If there were a negative heart rating I would give it to myself, but I just don't agree that suffering people who were never meant to live should be forced to.
I don't see what everyone's getting all bent up of face about, insulting people is fun.
None of it means anything.
Also, it's the internet. If you don't want salt in your wounds, don't take a hike through the Dead sea.

It's because people allow their emotions to get in the way, and because of that they don't see the pain, the misery, that a person with a severe disability is dealing with. Like you said, they rather keep them alive as a pet because someone like that has no possibility of living without constant care-taking, hell some don't even realise what is going on do to lack of cognitive abilities.
Well one thing your brother can look forward is the outrageous amounts of medical and surgical advancements that will come in the near future, so he can have surgery that will make his life easier.
If some kid said "Wheel his cripple ass out of here", to my autistic brother (if I had one), that bitch would be a cripple in the next 20 minutes.

Yeah and then you get jailed and your autistic brother will die because no one took care of him.
Yes, that how I do.
