Jacob saw this coming, he dodges to the left, runs past Mr. Pule and breaks through the window, dropping the smoke bomb in the process, flooding the room with smoke. Falling into the building next to the pule building, he grabs a bit of the glass that shattered on his way down. It cuts his hand a bit, but he can use it as a shank.
(took out the last bit because there is a door and I can't see death yet)

Marvin takes two shots at the second runner in a row to jump directly at him. One barely misses the head, while the other pierces and exits through the upper-left chest area. It may have done some lung damage, probably hit a rib, in any case, this runner won't be running much soon. Hearing Jacob break through the window of the Pule building, he jumps out his own window and down to the roof of it.
