holy fuck i want it, how many rounds do the mags hold and how much are they a piece?
looks like 20-22 rounds a mag, and if it's like the rest of WE's magazines, probably around 40-60 dollars a piece
holy fuck i want it, how many rounds do the mags hold and how much are they a piece?
They're real-cap, so 20. The mags are about $30 a pop, so that's why I only shot two off in the video. I might get a few more later after the initial money loss pain wears off. Basically, what venom said.
Swamphunter, I am so jealous. [editline]3rd June 2011[/editline] Woah wait how much is the VN, anyway?

@deathmog: $285 @ eHobby Asia. http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/we-m16vn-gbb-rifle-open-chamber.html I haven't seen an American shop like ASGI or Evike have it in stock yet.
if that's a "vietnam era m16" why doesn't it jam every 10 rounds :v:
Because unlike most Vietnam-era M16's this hasn't been thrown in the mud and subjected to rain... yet. :v:
Oooooo, lol, if I get a KWA G36C, AND I have a party this year, Last year I got 300 bucks from card money. Oh fuck yes, I know where this is going.

I think they sold out the same day. Got to fire one myself.
Was it as orgasmic as it looks?
Kinda want.
Was it as orgasmic as it looks?
It actually feels too light, almost like a plastic toy. About the same weight as my WE G36C. Blowback was so so, maybe I'm just spoiled by the WE M14 (which is broken again). Seems to be the same or less than the older generation closed bolt M4s. The open bolt feature seems rushed though, short cuts were taken. My friend who's a tech there said the bolt seems to be cast pot metal instead of CNC'd whatever material it was before on the older M4s. The bolts are more or less identical, except he tells me they just filled the rear with JB weld. Not sure why this was done, but it has something to do with the open bolt feature. To me, it looks sloppy. Accuracy I can't say, but if it's anywhere as accurate as the M14 then it may be a good buy. But I just worry about how long some of the parts will last.
Jesus Christ. IT'S LONG
Obligatory "That's what she said."

It's just odd handling it after using AEG M4's and M16's for years that are heavier than it. Then you pick the WE up and it feels different that what you would expect. I mean, my CM M16 weighs more than it. And you think that JP Kit is long in that picture, check out mine from a few years back.
Suppressor added to the end, because long is never long enough.
So what exactly is the benefit of having a longer barrel in airsoft anyway?
So what exactly is the benefit of having a longer barrel in airsoft anyway?
I found Ender's page on Wikipedia. I think it'll help clear up any questions. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rob_Furlong

Five-Dollar Furlong is a lot catcher though.

Sadly my Type 89 is in the shop. Also if the gearbox breaks I would have no idea where to find a replacement.

What is there that I could do to my AK to add more ~character~ or just make it more different? I already weathered it and added blue tape to the magazine but what else?
