Is that the KWA one, or the one with the springer backup feature thing?

H&K is all I could find out from the box, It was a gift. I do enjoy its folding stock too =D.

Yeah, I have to pull the top of it to the side and pull it back after putting in the magazine like a springer, But after that I don't need to do it unless I put in a new magazine. *I assume you mean the thing below the rail that you pull*

It's made by Umarex, is battery powered, and has the springer back up.

It is battery powered, but you can also pull the spring back and use it as a springer

I love this pistol so much, only problem is that front sight is too flimsy and slides off the instant you shoot hence the white piece of paper in the FPS perspective.

Just get one used. I saw a couple of WE M4's for about $200 on ASF.
