Yeh I still flick through from time to time It's really worth getting.
The double barrel is made by a wonderful company called FS TOYS. I think, I honestly don't know but that is the only english on the box. It fires 16mm mini moscarts with 8mm bb's holding in 5 6mm bb's.
It's an insane gun, but damn the shells are poorly made.

If you want to get rid of the ugly orange cap on the muzzle brake, do it like I did: stick a flathead screwdriver into the little crack behind the cap and lever it off. No damage at all, except mine had some excess glue that just wiped off when I swiped my hand over it. Quick and easy, improves look 500%.

The shell is in 2 parts, the gas part which works like a regular moscart and a tube which fits 5 8mm bb's. Now since 8mm bb's are expensive and sometimes hard to get hold of, I use 2 8mm bb's as "plugs" in each end of the tube and 5 6mm bb's as "shot" between them. It also has the benefit of better spread and maintaining the pressure until the back 8mm BB has left the barrel.

Its clearly meant for all 8mm bbs but your trick is pretty darn smart.

Very nice gun! In my opinion it needs just three things (maybe four) to be perfect:
-Give it some weathering. A bit of steel wool and sandpaper drawn across the body will pick up all those raised edges and give it a nicely used look.
-Pry off the orange tip as described before.
-Don't spray paint the bolt carrier- just use sandpaper and scrape all the paint off until you're left with just bare metal.
-Lastly, this one is more user preference, but see if you can find a 5.45 magazine, seeing 7.62 mags on AK-74 bodies bugs me (yes, I know about the AK-103).

Also, some acrylic based fake dirt and rust would add a nice touch

Sorry the top image isn't very clear, position of the room the rifle's in is well away from the window so i couldn't get a decent lighting on it.
Now all i want to do with it is put a set of flip up sights on it and remove that bloody front sight post. & maybe (if one takes my fancy) get a sweet arse flash hider...
