It's not anything too great, but out of the box it was a solid-colored brown plastic-ey looking hunk, so it's certainly an improvement to see an actual wood grain.
I like it.

CYMA AK. It is a WE. Out of the box it will be okay, but the heavy slide makes it as gas hog so I recommend you go with CO2 or search up mag mods.

try the minwax red mahogany varnish and it should look dope as hell

Red oak and mahogany are basically the same afaik, except mahogany is a bit darker and kinda brings out a bit more contrast.
Mahogany is dark as shit. That's why my wood is so dark
I used to really like light wood, and I still do, but now I'm straying towards darker woods. I even tried some purple in my AK's handguards, gave the grains a dark purple color. Neat stuff.
Look at my former AK for an idea for sexy wood :)

How the hell did you get the flashhider off on the AK? I'm too afraid to killing my gun to use above a certain amount of force.
I used a hacksaw and a screwdriver. There really is no other way to take it off.

magk is infinitely better
