I just got my first airsoft pistol. It's a springer P60, got it for about 35 dollars in a local hobbyist store. It's not much, but hey - we all gotta start somewhere, right?

Made in hard plastic. Has some decent weight to it. Shoots plastic 6mm BBs. Loving it so far.
Next month I might buy an M14 for about 70 dollars, if my budget allows it.
Of course it shoots plastic 6mm bbs, that's what airsoft is.

I can imagine. There's a lot of power in this thing though, or maybe I'm just not used to it, but I was NOT prepared for how far the BB would go. I shot a can and it bounced on 2 walls before landing in the sink.

I kinda live in an apartment complex, there's not a whole lot of other places I CAN shoot at, except the forest a quick walk away from here, but I'd rather target practice on some objects at home first before I go losing BBs in the woods. :v:

And you're not supposed to reuse bbs, they will break in your gun and ruin it.

Don't use the BBs that come with the gun, don't reuse BBs after they've been fired, don't use .12g BBs for anything.

Like I said - complete beginner. No previous experience of any weaponry of any kind aside from games, and that's not a whole lot to go by. So I start small. I'm a swift learner.
