The stock has 2 screws attaching it to the end cap. You can remove it.

Interesting, I'm not sure if my old end cap had that setup.
Thats how I run mine, with a loop of hemp twine through the two holes for the screws to use as a sling point.
If I get an MK5 I'm going to run those little 45 round short mags. Also, is the stock sling ring itself bad, or is the mounting loop bad too?

Looks like its seen some serious shit.
It's a 6 or 7 year old gun. It's first owner actually fell on it and snapped it in half. Since then it changed hands through our local group and eventually ended up with me. Now only the externals (minus the barrel) are original to the gun

afaik it actually does have an adjustable hop up. Supposedly there's a grub screw on the chamber somewhere that adjusts it
