Yeah, and? Companies still make rifles chambered in .30-06 and 8mm Mauser, and they're both obsolete with the advent of the .308 and derivatives. As venom worded it, still in production =/= not obsolete
the mauser can use 6mm professional grade bbs
.....pics?
It's a yugo M48 with polished metal bolt assembly and beautiful furniture. It's 9.5/10 condition. No dings, dents, etc. Shoots great, cycles great, feels great. I will include the rifle, 75 rounds of vintage french 8MM ammunition (I've only ever shot 25 rounds through it myself) and a bayonet with sheath (matching numbers) and a picture of me beating stabbing an IPSC target with the bayonet for $400. I just need to break even. It's unregistered. I also tried to sell it to Kill. Pics tomorrow, I don't have any already on the computer. We could meet at a range and shoot it, then you could take it home. I recommend burro canyon or Rauhagges (spelling?)
Hi, i haven't really played Airsoft but this thread got me interested. First of all, what is the recommended age for it? Is there any international Airsoft store that is safe to buy from? And the protective gear, what is mandatory for a Airsoft game/match?
id say above 16
I've seen some pretty mature 12 year olds at OP Black shield who had excellent sportsmanship
And Ive seen a lot of awful 12 year olds.
minimum age is 12 recommended age is 16 is what youre getting at, no?
minimum age is 12 recommended age is 16 is what youre getting at, no?
I didn't quite understand your question, as for my age i'm 15. Also, i read the beginners-guide thread and there was alot of webpages to check to out, still, are they safe? It's not like they will rip money from you, right?
some may but yeah, Airsoft GI and Evike are safe.

Just don't be annoying to others and they'll respect you and you'll make a bunch of friends.
the mauser can use 6mm professional grade bbs
8mm and its not practical at all
You realize I live in Michigan, right? :v:
NOOOOOOOOOO

Fantastic paintjob! What colors did you use?
did you ever replace the pin you lost on the fnc
Thanks! I used Tan and OD from Rustoleum's Camo line, Satin Expresso, and just some flat black enamel I had laying around [editline]23rd July 2012[/editline]
did you ever replace the pin you lost on the fnc
Yeah, but I couldn't source a real replacement either through G&G or any retailer so I had to make my own :v:
Mmmmmm Also, your I'm jelly of your helmet cover and band
Felix are you looking for a K98 Bayonet?
If I don't find what I'm looking for at the gun show I'm attending on saturday, then maybe.
Interesting, what sort of technique did you use to get that soft camo effect- did you spray from far away or what?
If I don't find what I'm looking for at the gun show I'm attending on saturday, then maybe.
I've got one with a black frog, black scabbard with light rust, and black blade and dark wood grips. Would you like me to look for any trademarks or cartouche markings?
DAMN NIGGA!
Interesting, what sort of technique did you use to get that soft camo effect- did you spray from far away or what?
I sprayed the entire gun tan (2 coats), then sprayed the entire gun OD (1 coat), then sprayed the brown selectively. After everything was nice and dry I wore down the spots I wanted tan show through with some 00 steel wool, also "softening" the edges of the brown
what does you('re) helmet say
It says Pale Rider. It also has the names of the 4 horses of the apocalypse on the band
Yeah cause I'd run around with real bullets in a AIRSOFT GUN when playing airsoft. Dumbass.

well those technically are real (deactivated) rounds but still what retard would have unstruck primers in deactivated bullets intended to go on a fake gun that fires plastic balls

you could get the deac bullets with empty primers, so it doesn't look so silly as the struck primers not a big deal, but i think that's what he was saying
bullets =/= cartridges lol
the end
CONTENT!
How does the pistol grip feel with the paint on? It's a valid question to anyone who paints their grip with Rustoleum yeah, but good time to ask since I've always wondered.
