After that, I gutted the foam in the chinese replica pads and made them thinner, then sewed them back up. worked like a charm.

I usually just take the foam shit out of my crown pad, and put the material back in so the helmet doesnt directly touch my head. Or invest in a set of Team Wendy ZAP pads
