Literally just had to dremel the little curve below the retention clip in order for the square trigger guard to fit in.

Obviously I just need to finish filing it to make it a bit more friendly to the eye but it's extremely nice and tight and works without a problem. It's a BLACKHAWK 1911 Serpa. Best DIY I've done all year.

It was either that or a universal and eugh, Universal holsters.

I've read in several places the 4.3 fits inside the glock 17 serpa (not even remotely sure how) and apparently the 5.1 will fit in a Colt .45 Safariland holster, which is apparently discontinued but designed for the real steal counterpart (yes it does exist) the Colt .45 gold cup handgun.

I actually had to import the holster from the US they retail for about $100+ over here and I picked this one up for $40 P&P inc.
