This one have always been shot with green gas D:
There's a small extrusion on the blowback housing that looks like a pin. The blowback housing has 2 rails that are screwed on to it. These rails sit on that extrusion on one end and screwed down on the other. The extrusion snapped on mine, causing that rail to pivot, which would cause the gun to jam and malfunction. I tried looking for a replacement housing but you can't find them anywhere.

Things to buy:
New stock - I've lost the levery thing that you pull to adjust the stock, so now moving it is a pain. Shortly after I've found a little nut I could screw onto the locking pin to make pulling it easier, I've lost the spring that keeps it locked and now the stock just slides freely whenever the pin goes out of position. FML.
A forward grip of some sort, just because I don't really like grabbing by the magwell.
Maybe an eotech-style reddot, because it's cool.
Maybe a PEQ box, because it's cool.
Maybe a new pistol grip, because this one is boring.

Finally got my JG MK36! Label says Golden Eagle but apparently it's the same company as JG (or so Google tells me). Opened it up in my hotel room (check that "wood furniture" :v:), got a few funny looks carrying the huge long box up in the elevator.

Also managed to get it past TSA, just needed to put it in it's original shipping box and sending it as a check-in oversize luggage along with the original purchasing receipt (and declaring it to the check-in agent). Box had a few dents and scratches, and was covered in TSA-brand TSA tape and had a little card saying the box was searched, but other than that the gun seems to be fine. Haven't tried shooting it yet, still need to figure out this battery business.
The handbook that came with it is for the G36C so it's a little different, as well as being poorly translated from Chinese. Pretty much all the papers that came with it were littered with typos and inconsistencies, but the gun quality seems fantastic. The stock is absolutely stable, doesn't wobble at all when extended. The only this that seems to be questionable is the bipod, one side extends a bit further than the other and the gun doesn't really pivot all the way on that side.
