Top is a VFC SR15 upper. Replica of one of Knights Armament Company's civilian AR set ups- 12.5 inch barrel, 12 inch URX RIS. It has a front sight built into the rail itself, which is kinda cool. I ran it as my primary upper for a long time, probably just a CQB build now though. It's got an AFG on it, and I have an M6x (light and laser) that I usually run on it. C-More site for ultrahighspeed target acquisition.
On the SR15 lower is a VFC Daniel Defense upper receiver (I think it's actually from one of the Socom Gear AR's, but I'm not sure- not the first owner). It has a 13" Madbull Troy TRX Extreme Battle Rail on it, with a 14.5" M4 profile barrel (grenade launcher notch and all) inside. Madbull 6.03 tightbore and Ultimate Hop-Up, replica MBUS and a replica Surefire M300c mounted at around 1:30 position on a rail segment. I picked it up on sunday and have been messing with it since. It points beautifully, shoots lasers, and is light as hell.
And DWT- the tan stuff is mostly because I got it cheaper than black or something similar. I keep meaning to paint my guns, and I don't really care about the color, but I haven't gotten around to it.
