It's not like a foreign company is incapable of a good english name. That being said, I think I'd actually prefer it if they just went with their original names. I mean, Tokyo Marui doesn't have an english name, but it's not terrible as names go, you just shorten it to TM.
Most Chinese companies fail at translations though. Like the Army AK-47, "the world's first mentally disabled rapper."
Tbh Western Arms is a p. legit name. It sounds like it could be a real 1911 manufacturer
I wonder if I could rig a M203 to my Tavor. I've already mounted a Fab Defense Rail on mine so maybe if I get a RIS M203 I could get it to hang off of it but I doubt the barrel mount would even reach or fit onto the barrel at that angle.
I have no idea what this crazy handguard mount is in the picture, I'm nearly positive it wouldn't fit the Airsoft version and I don't want to even consider making one myself.

Looks REALLY front-heavy.
The Tavor is REALLY back-heavy as it is. Hence why I got a foregrip for it despite all the protests.
It's a bullpup, the grenade launcher probably makes it balanced.
edit: damnit codemonkey
Lol, I just realized my mistake. I think the M203 makes it look even cooler Code.

If you can take the handguard off and it exposes the barrel you could probably fit a barrel mount M203 on there. That's all the Tavor M203 is anyway. And then if it needs the extra length to mount you could get an XM177 flash hider to put on the end.
Taking off the hand guard doesn't expose the barrel though.
I still wish I could've bought the short barrel, MARS sight TAR 21. Or that I could at least get those parts to convert mine.

Remove the plastic. You should still be able to put the handguard back on if you knock out a channel just wide enough for the M203's mount to fit through.

I think it looks back heavy without it

I might have to get like 10 mags for it and field just that. It would be oh so satisfying and much cooler than wearing my gear.

I've thought of getting a pistol and doing just that.
It would be bucket loads of fun, but the amount of maintenance that you would have to do would be aweful and the cost of the mags would be like $300 :v:
Wouldn't it be unusable after 3 mags of that?
Added numbers to my gun rack, so the slots on my rack correspond to the rack numbers on my guns

Isnt the Thompson 443?
I changed it

What?
I thought using a GBB handgun in a match caused it slow the fire rate and get really cold?
The cooldown only effects the magazine, not the gun itself
Well, it can, but with plastic slides and plastic frames you get less cooldown and less gas consumption.
but you get worn out slide locks and cracked slides and frames from plastic guns

However, that having been said, TM and WA guns are still MuchMuch better than WE and KJW and similar even in stock, plastic form
Depends. TM gbbs are pretty reliable.
Oh ok, I don't know much about GBB, sorry guys.
Iunno dude, this WE is plastic but it's built like a rock. I am gonna use it until something breaks then replace it with metal, i'll let you know when that happens
I'd have my KWA 1911 by now, but my brother's girlfriend keeps moving the money between accounts. :(

Are you sure about that? The slide and frame should be seamless aluminum. The alloy they use isn't ferromagnetic, so it might have tricked you into thinking it's plastic.

The durability isn't fantastic, though - I always had problems with the hammer catching improperly.
WE doesn't make plastic guns, they make ones out of cheap heavy metal (earlier guns) or cheap aluminum (new guns)
