I'm just that way with airsoft guns, guitars and just generally expensive things.
The funny thing is that i had no problem when i bought that m11. That was literally an impulse buy. Then again it was the only decent m11 that i ever saw so there wasn't much in the way of competition.
Yeah? I almost did the same with the MP7.
My M14 was the most impulse buy i did, and got ripped off to boot. Payed twice then the gun was worth. Could have gotten a fucking CA or something nice.
So someone said CYMA M14=best M14?
Speaking of, imagine an AR carrying handle on an MP7 :v:

someone shooped it

NAHHHHHH

That would be me, wanna fight about it? :v:
No, I was figuring out if you were right, for future references.
I could actually picture the MP7 being a nice little gun to own. Small and light, and it also looks pretty badass. The AR Carrying handle would be nice, but I'd almost see it as unnecessary.
and nazi and hk

Expensive proprietary ammunition is the killer, same problem with the P90. I'd rather have something like a KRISS Vector, because it has the same portability factor but is cheap to shoot and uses ubiquitous ammo. Or just an automatic Glock if you really want a small gun with automatic fire.
Edit: Forgot the FMG/FPG was an unproduced prototype, had it listed along with the Vector.
Yeah, I've always liked FPG's too. I don't know, maybe it's the allure of the angles on that gun that make it so damn attractive to me, or maybe it's the novelty of feeling like Gordon Freeman.
Hopefully the former.

well mp7 hurr
Can't say I like that one. It seems like it's trying to leave too much room for a scope of some sort, even if it'd be near impossible to add one.
Extend the stock, flip down the handle, use one of the longer magazines, and put a scope of some sort on the carry handle and you have an instant sci-fi SMG for a movie prop.

Not to mention redundant.
I wonder if anyone has actually tried to put a carrying handle on side-rails...

ooook
From the looks of it, it's spray and pray anyhow. No front grip and a handle covering the optics.

I would imagine soldiers might prefer to do so. In case their main optic goes down they'll still want to have some way to aim, so it seems they often keep their carry handle somewhere on their gun. I can't see it getting the way all that much on the right/left side of any RIS, depending on whether you're a righty or lefty.
It'd look so strange.

I've seen pictures of US Marines who keep their carrying handles on the bottom rail of their M16's handguards.

Of course, just in my mind it'd seem more logical to place it where your fingertips would normally rest but I don't have one to test, so maybe I'm wrong.
That's pretty smart actually.
Wouldn't it be useless on the bottom?
i tried it and using it as an afg just digs into your palm
