Are MP7s among the only guns that are okay to tacticool?

For me personally you can tacticool any gun as long as it's tasteful, but realistically it would probably only be the M4 family and other US service weapons, most other armies keep it pretty simple (besides awesome groups like the KSK and etc) and LEOs in the US almost always have lame shit on their guns.
