We had a list of rules before, people didn't follow them then either.
Mods, especially the older ones tend to go off the old rules mostly.

When will people get it, Short bans, of a day or less, are Facepunch's warning system, not a punishment.

Hezzy contradicts himself, asking for a link to the Muse album is a good example because isn't that the sort of stuff he instructs you to ban for? It's not setting a good example to the users, as it makes it seem that sort of activity on the forums is completely fine.

There is no rule that defines nsfw avatars, yet he gets banned after having the avatar for a long period of time.
A moderator decides his avatar is nsfw, when in all honesty, all it is is a pixelated picture of goatse. Given his avatar, in a work/home environment it is HIGHLY unlikely that anyone would notice the correlation.
Even with this situation, people who use nude avatars involving breasts are immune to this created rule.
It's bullshit. The mods need to get their shit straight, either have outlined rules that can be referred to like before, or stop banning people for idiotic reasons. Or even remove the moderator clutter that this forum suffers from.
