I just now went through all of Perfumly's bans, the only one I would question would be the thread hijacking and maybe just give a slap on the wrist ban for an hour, but other than that all the bans were fine and he even corrected one of his bans that he thought was a mistake (it was an old post and he was right in that).
In the CC/PS sections, just posting bad photoshops of memes isn't acceptable. It's good to see someone finally banning for it.
