Take it to your local museum, see if they can't verify it as something very old.. or send you to someone who can verify it.
It's just shells placed oddly to almost appear to be a face but is in no way shape or form a primitive sculpture.
It's neat. The best thing would be to take it to the closest university's history department or natural history museum and they can check it out.
