Yeah I'm sure we have no doubt Spidey will be in Civil War and if they've cast Panther, they've done more than "begin" casting Spidey by now. Filming will start soon enough.
Also Aunt May was never going to be a movie. Yeah Sony was daft but they weren't ameteur film makers. They know the brand, even if they fucked it up a lot. An Aunt May film was never going to sell to anybody ever.
Literally the only part about that Latino-Review article that's believable is the name Spectacular Spider-Man, and that's only because it's probably they can't call it Spider-Man or Amazing Spider-Man.
Though Drew Goddard doing it wouldn't be a surprise.

So there are rumors Drew Goddard is the top pick to direct Spider-man.
The title would be Spectacular Spider-man (same name as the TV show, which was my favorite of all the spider-man series)
And the poster boy of Marvel, Iron Man, may appear in Spider-man's first solo film. Which could be what RDJ was teasing about last week, that may be what we get to hear about Thursday!
It has to be something spider-man related though, he always talks about doing something new with the character, so why not pair up w/ spider-man, both HUGE players in the marvel universe.
The guy that leaked the marvel-sony deal before it came out is also the guy claiming that Dylan O'brien gave sony "The audition of his life":

It's true that he's always had a forehead rhombus, but that could still totally be a Gem.

Now I'm gonna spend the next two months worrying about that happening.
The only way I'd be fine with it is if they turned it into a teaser for Thor: Ragnarok.
Like, Thor wills the hammer to let her pick it up.
But then he realizes that the hammer should respond to Odin, since he's the King of Asgard.
Cue godscream and flying through the Bifrost to murder the shit out of Loki for killing Odin.
And then you could have Ragnarok be about Loki trying to kill Thor, since he's now the only thing keeping him from rightfully sitting on the throne or something.
That's literally the only way I'd be fine with Black Widow killing Ultron with Mjolnir.
