Ah thats where I seen that, thought of broadway when I seen that.
Finished Daredevil. Hot damn, what a good show. Charlie Cox was good, as well as Deborah Woll and the guy who played Foggy, but Vincent D'Onofrio really took the cake. At first, I thought he was just going to be incredibly intimidating and nothing else, but he added so much depth to the guy. I really felt bad for him when [sp]Vanessa was in the hospital and Wesley was killed.[/sp] I was a little bummed when I first saw the red suit on the poster, but it looked so much better in action. God, I wish there was another season.
Im excited for the inevitable second season.
Probably going to feature [sp]the Hand[/sp] and The Punisher.
Also, what if Spider-Man makes a cameo in Daredevil Season 2? Of course, assuming there will be one. (which seems likely)

That's pretty awful fake in my opinion. The sky doesn't move and the window cleaners outline is fucked up because it's not been put against a green screen very well. Spidey looks like he's having a lay down too, Joss wouldn't like effects this shoddy get in.

Yes, that is a real advertisement for ant-man.
The more I watch Marvel's (mostly excellent) TV shows the more I notice how they might as well be not canon. Has there every been any single character or even reference to one of the TV shows in any of the other MCU releases? Is Coulson still being alive even canon?

The shows are canon. We know that AoS is now leading up to the Inhumans movie.
I think the reason they havn't been referenced in any movie yet is time. The four or so movies that have come out since the series started were probably too far along the development process to accommodate any AoS crossover.
i would also argue that they're meant to be on their own and shouldn't have to rely on crossovers, not that i'm against such a thing but for daredevil to suddenly encounter shield agents wouldn't make sense just yet, hell they barely acknowledged events of the avengers. i'm sure that post aou the shows will have some blending.
Possible spoilers for both Agents of SHIELD and Age of Ultron:
[sp]The main drive of the rift between SHIELD and Nu-SHIELD is Coulson's Theta Project, which Nu-SHIELD believe to be a collection of powered individuals, one of the main rumours about the possible SHIELD spin-off is Avengers Academy, and people who have seen AoU already say that it ends with the establishment of the Avengers Academy (That's who Cap's addressing as Avengers in the trailers), so maybe there's about to be a bit of a crossover soon[/sp]
This is the theme song I think?

The Spider-Man from the video looks like it's from the ride at Universal, that reminds me how much I love that ride. :v:
No idea where the audio could come from though, the "Hey! You missed a spot!"

Ok I have been reading online and it has been debunked that the Spider-Man was cut out of the ride version. So no one knows where the images, Spider-Man, or audio came from.
I'm guessing Civil War would cross over with AoS if anything.

Hmm I wonder if that means whatever happens this season on AoS, that they leave Coulson. I don't think that would happen though, Hunter just signed to be a member of Coulson's team. But they have to go somewhere to warrant a spin-off without having all the other characters keep appearing.
I'm really enjoying both Bobbi and Hunter as characters, especially Hunter + Coulson being a good duo.
Yeah, Bobbi and Hunter are cool characters. Someone threw around that maybe they start STRIKE. Which could be cool. Have another superhero team on TV.
finished watching the entirety of daredevil. you know a show is great when you end up empathising on some level with the villain
[editline]21st April 2015[/editline]
that or you know you're fucked in the head I guess, but Vincent D'Onofrio's character was deliberately written to cause that reaction. writing a bad guy as some kind of unflappable supervillain never works on anything but the most superficial level anyway.
also what was with Gao's cryptic remark in the penultimate episode? [sp]where she says she will return to her homeland and Leland goes "what, you mean China?" and she's like "my home is considerably more distant" or something to that effect. is she a fucking alien or something? what?[/sp]

I kind of got that feeling when she [sp]said she speaks "all" languages. And, as a meek old woman, semi-threw DD across the room[/sp]
Something is definitely there than meets the eye.
But why [sp]Would a super powered "alien" deal with drugs?[/sp]

[sp]Well, she's not an alien, apparently she is Crane Mother from Immortal Fist http://www.comicvine.com/crane-mother/4005-35956/ Oh and I'm pretty sure she said that the drug ring was just an excuse to get something[/sp]

[sp]"It was...convenient. It's not anymore" or something like that. Basically she only did it so she could get close to Fisk and the rest of the group/for the money.[/sp]
