And if black widow can hack an ultra super top secret shield flash drive using a display model macbook in 30 seconds, why can't a rich super genius and his supercomputer AI buddy hack shield from probably the most technologically advanced building on the planet (aside from maybe sheild HQ) given a month or two at the least?

There's a bit of a difference between a flashdrive (That Black Widow herself produced) and a multi-server internal mainframe.
Did you even read my post? I already explained why he didn't. He didn't have any way of accessing SHIELD's servers, and if he did it months ago, what's that going to tell him about the attack on Fury that was ordered hour ago.

All of that stuff happened in the space of like 3 days, the public events in only a couple hours, and Stark did his snooping around during The Avengers. I would certainly hope the worlds foremost spying agency changed their system passwords after being hacked.

My friends tell me that fucking kindergarden humor actually comes from the comics so we could be in the wrong here (nor that makes the whole writing quality stellar all of a sudden)
I feel like Winter Soldier's dialogue was a lot more serious in general and was handled a little better

And like, it wasn't without one-liners but it knew when they were appropriate. Things like "air conditioning is completely functional" or whatever were comedic but didn't take away from the seriousness of the situation, and actually felt believable. Age of Ultron was constantly reminding me that someone sat down and wrote out dialogue for these characters. It just wasn't believable, like Daredevil or Winter Soldier's dialogue is by comparison.

If the one you're talking about is the one I think, it didn't mention General Ross.
It also mentioned [sp]Hawkeyes wife[/sp] who doesn't seem present although that may be because she has a small part.
I thought they might recast General Ross, considering that the 2008 movie is pretty much irrelevant now (new Banner, no Betty)

The events are still completely canon considering AoU was going to have Abomination in it and they reference it AoS. Apparently they even contacted Roth before it got written out.
Really it's just Whedon who seems to ignore it considering the Bruce/Natasha romance which is another reason I'm glad he's gone.
