As there's no Marvel comics thread and this could inspire future MCU storylines... The female Thor has finally had her secret identity revealed. It's.... [sp]Jane Foster[/sp]. We know from the next Avengers lineup that after Secret Wars that Thor will still be a lady. It's actually been a pretty cool comic. Oddison (the previous Thor) is being pretty fucking kick-ass at the moment too which is sweet. I'm just hugely let down by this reveal. I was already let down it's not a new original character. It's even worse it's [sp]a character who previously had no powers getting powers. It's not got legs for the MCU, Portman wants out of her contract doesn't she? Why they don't use her in other films to use up her deal[/sp].

I really don't want another MCU TV show to follow. Especially when Shield has been quite convoluted as it is, does it need a spin off? It has Agent Carter and that's much better actually.
