I don't particularly like him, but he's much better choice for Ant-Man than JGL. Judging by his previous works, he can create a character on par with now legendary Robert Downey Jr.'s Iron Man or Tom Hiddleston's Loki.
To be honest, Ant-Man is probably the super-hero film (besides Avengers 2) I'm most hyped for at the moment.
It seems to have all the right stuff so far.
i know it hasn't been officially announced (i think)
but the super-hero film i'm looking forward to is still Dr. Strange.
I'm looking forward to Ant Man and Guardians as I know nothing about either and was quite pessimistic about their potential as movies. But now I'm very excited for them as I like to have my expectations destroyed.

They really need to find a way to make the faces look a bit more natural in the suits when the CGI it onto the body double. This looks awkward.

It's a still directly from the beginning from the movie if I recall correctly, when [sp]we meet the gang for the first time, and Yondu joins later if that script circulating around Web was true.[/sp]
michael rooker doesn't seem like the kind of guy that'd be playing a "good" character, at least from what i've seen from him
