A website is reporting that RDJ tested alongside of Tom to see if he was the right spiderman.
He liked Holland too.

Finally confirmed that Spidey will be in Civil War.
Holland is expected to arrive on set "immediately". Wouldn't be surprised if Holland was cast weeks or even months ago, but it's only hit press now as he would be spotted on set eventually anyway.

it will be weird to see someone who looks that young fighting side by side with the rest of the team

Captain America must really be hating it :v:
Did you read the part where he's considered established?
They probably won't have Parker be in his spidey suit in the Civil War. I just can't see Spider-Man suddenly appearing in the middle of the film similar to the Vision.
He should be in the after-credits where it sets the stage for the upcoming Spider-Man flick. Maybe have him criticize both Stark and Rogers' ideals at a press conference or something.
They said something along the lines of "there is already a kid running around in a home made spiderman costume."
So we'll likely see both Parker and Spiderman in the movie. IIRC they usually take 4-6~ months to film a movie. Civil War began filming April first (I think) so that leaves at least 2+ months of filming to do. They may have done a lot of scenes Spiderman wasn't needed in before they revealed who they were casting. Holland had to fly to the set immediately after the reveal of the actor playing the character.
He may not be a major player in the movie, but I feel like we'll get atleast 20+ minutes of screen time combined between both parker and spiderman. We may even get a scene of Parker hearing about the news, hey we may even get the daily bugle talking about it in the movie if they want to establish that.
If the deal with Sony was made earlier it would've 100% been Daily Bugle than Ben works for in Daredevil.
Which reminds me (Daredevil) [sp]the scene Kingpin kills Ben and then the Jimmy Cliff scored funeral is one of the best bits in tv and any comic book adaptations ever. Heartbreaking and gets you hyped for the upcoming confrontation between Matt and Fisk.
Also you spend most of the series worried Marvel might kill Fisk off, and having Matt wrestle with the decision on if he should kill or not is tense. Because you don't want him to because he's such a stellar performance, but you also want him to because he fucking killed Ben[/sp]
Daredevil. Best TV series/super hero thing 2015. If Vincent D'Onofrio isn't at least nominated for an Emmy then it's an injustice.
So I just finished Daredevil...
[sp]RIP Wesley :'([/sp]

I know! He was one of my favorite characters!
I was honestly shocked by that.
He pulled a great bluff, had me believe it. Too bad it was only a bluff.
i dont think he was meant to bluff the audience?
they showed him taking a gun from one of the guards
[sp]it's been awhile since i've seen it, but wasn't his bluff that the gun was empty? For all we know he could've emptied it between scenes. [/sp]

[sp]I was just surprised that he really was dumb enough to put a loaded gun in her reach.[/sp]

I didn't like it at all, I don't know why people like it either. I mean it's a enjoyable popcorn movie, but that's all it is.

so much shit made no sense, forced romance between BW and Hulk, Ultron somehow having a new body minutes after the shitty destroyed one, [sp]Quicksilver's Deaht[/sp] and Rehashing the Chitauri sceptor. Whedon doesn't know how to write Avengers anymore.

So it's a good thing we got the Russo brothers now on. At least they actually know how to write a villain.
It just bugs me how people think Avengers 2 is good. I mean yeah if your really optimistic person, you could be okay with this movie. But just the movie as a whole just feels like a brick in the MCU, it's just a thing to hype the REAL Avengers 2; Civil War.
The thing that bothered me about the relationship between Hulk and BW is that they pretend that Betty Ross doesn't exist throughout the movie.
Daredevil S2 internally being referred to as Daredevil vs Punisher
Daredevil‘s first season was a massive success, receiving a green light for season two only 11 days after the show premiered on Netflix. Now, progress on the second season is chugging along with Jon Bernthal cast as one of Marvel’s darkest anti-heroes, The Punisher, and beloved characters Elektra and Bullseye expected to be in the mix. While all of these characters have villain potential, it seems The Punisher may be the one to carry the mantle as season two’s big bad.
Nerdist reports that new Daredevil’s new co-showrunner Marco Ramirez (Sons of Anarchy) is referring to season two as “Daredevil vs. The Punisher”. The report also points to David Lapham‘s Daredevil vs. Punisher: Means and Ends, in which Daredevil and the Punisher fight for the soul of Hell’s Kitchen when the city descends into violent chaos after Kingpin’s fall from power.
I liked Ultron as a character but everything else just wasn't that satisfying. It was ok but the movie missed a big opportunity to show how for example Avengers got in a conflict with each other and separated but then saw that Ultron is THE threat and decided to group up again. Instead we have a not-really-struggling team of superheroes just take him down and that's it.
Ultron was also a collossal pussy who spent every fight taking turns getting his arse kicked by each Avenger that was tapped in.
So much for [sp]toughest metal on Earth used as his armour[/sp]
Yeah this version would of made more sense

Well majority of his fights were just delaying the Avengers from either getting to something or knowing something.
Ultron is a program, not a robot. He can lose as many battles as he needs so long as it delays the opponent from hurting his plans.

Aye, but then there's no sense of threat. If everyone is stood over Ultron after his Adamantium Alloy armour has been dented by a punch from Hawkeye and he says "Lol my plan is still working", how is he perceived as a threat? He's not, he's a huge pussy and it sucks.
I liked Ultron and the movie.

My final judgment of Age of Ultron will come with the extended cut.
