Yeah shes pretty bad at start but she gets better i promise. I was the same.
With the exception of the two nerds and the asian lady, I hated every character from AoS. Coulson went from a goofy shield agent to "wannabe Nick Fury", Skye is just an eye candy and every character makes that other guy look stupid most of the time.

coulson? he was supposed to be the dorky comic relief guy in the movies but they tried adding some depth to his character in aos and, according to a lot of people, failed miserably

It's not really a good surprise.
He's a Marvel character with a movie. All of those have been directed toward Avengers movies.
It would be a surprise if Antman [I]isn't[/I] asked to join the Avengers at some point.

I'm just gonna say, I know what happens and its nothing like a 2 minute appearance at the end asking him to join.
To those who are really curious here's the leak/press-screening discussion. This mentioned Falcon before any hints in trailers which is why I'm pretty sure the guys not lying. There's still one really big surprise they haven't spoiled in trailers yet so if you wanna keep that unknown I definitely recommend not reading it

The Pym particles make him small, not the suit by itself.
It would suck if what reversed his shrinking only effected a single part of his body.
It seems that the MCU "Pym Particles" shrinking seems to come from gas or something. He might have to be wearing the helmet in this version.
