It hasn't been through post production yet, there's going to be a lot of CGI on Ultron.

It might be like that bust of the Hulk in South Africa, just being used as a reference for how light will interact with Ultron. It's also been confirmed that there'll be multiple versions of Ultron in the film, so he still might look very different in the film.
I assume that there'll be Ultron prime, along with a bunch of Gruntrons (those dudes in the mo-cap suits, I presume).
Either way, main Ultron better have an open mouth (which I think we saw in that teaser poster, so we should be fine).
But I'm hoping there's a "THIS ISN'T EVEN MY FINAL FORM" moment.
I'm feeling the hype, everybody. Only thirteen months and some odd days to go.

Just seen winter soldier, thought it was great and gets a nice shiny 'go watch it' from me.
Just in case anyone's gonna see it but isn't aware of this by now, there's 2 extra scenes, 1 at the end of the film and 1 at the end of the credits.
2nd extra scene for those who are interested.

i think this
- who are the people below nick fury and bucky? minus robert redford of course, i haven't seen any of the other people in the (few) trailers i've watched
- i think, for the sake of the fact that there are people who legitimately don't know bucky is the winter soldier he should have his facemask
- i think cap should be in a different position, and possibly have his shield
everything else is great, i dig how they captured mackie & redford
