I want a Punisher series on HBO or Netflix.
The idea that while the Avengers are fighting space worms, Frank Castle is murdering the fuck out of drug dealers and pimps is a fucking awesome one.
Mainly because that's exactly how it works in the comics.
But yeah, Netflix series are the absolute best ways to incorporate Marvel Knights stuff into the MCU.

I'd quite like a series like that, possibly with a 'guest star of the week' sort of thing. Because then you could get the grittier heroes and villains into the story, like Luke Cage and (dare I say it) Daredevil.
They could easily beef up the Inhumans as mutant replacements.
They're basically the same, really.
doesn't fox own inhumans as well because of fantastic 4?

Don't think they do, there was a report way back in 2011 that the movie was in development by Marvel Studios with Kevin Feige as producer.
Who owns the Micronauts?
I think Marvel does because Bug was in early GotG drafts

Micronauts are in a really complicated place, even in the comics, since it was originally based on a licensed toy line, but set in the Marvel Universe. After Marvel lost the license, they lost the use of everything based directly on the toys, but kept ownership of the characters and situations that were created specifically for the comic, Bug being one of those.
As far as movies go, the rights are now split between Marvel and J.J. Abrams. Abrams had actually been working on a movie before it was pushed aside for Star Trek and Star Wars. So unless something is sorted out with the original toy makers, only Abrams can use many of the characters and call them Micronauts, while only Marvel can use the Microverse.

Wow that's needlessly complicated. Legal stuff is weird.
I'm glad Marvel owns Bug though, he's my favorite Guardian [sp](Surprise: it's not Rocket)[/sp] I really hope he'll be in GotG 2
AOS returns on 23rd September for season 2. Very fast
Expected.
They'll no doubt include the upcoming Netflix heroes or characters in some capacity to generate a level of interest.

I wonder if we'll see new stuff or the stuff we've already seen regurgitated.
If you’re part of a group that has already saved the world nine times, eventually you can’t help but wonder: Isn’t it somebody else’s turn?
Unfortunately, that kind of thinking directly leads to the latest global threat in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Entertainment Weekly‘s Comic-Con 2014 preview gives you an exclusive First Look at the big, bad robot causing all the grief in next summer’s superhero team-up.
The good guys are tired, S.H.I.E.L.D. has been destroyed, and there’s no one else for the planet to turn to when menace looms on the horizon. Everyone wants a break—and that’s exactly how they’re about to be broken. There’s no abdicating heroism.
GAH IT'S GONNA BE GREAT
Isn’t it somebody else’s turn?
Sure, just call the Fantastic Four!...
... the X-Men?...
call howard the duck

One thing that comic books has taught me is that [sp]there's no such thing as permanent death.[/sp]
Unless it's Jason Todd. Although I'm pretty sure there were comics with even him as a zombie.

But [sp]Fury didn't die[/sp].
He [sp]just fucked off to Europe for a while, it makes sense that he'd reappear when Avengers shit starts happening[/sp].
Also, I think Sam Jackson was listed in the cast of Age of Ultron for a good long while before Winter Soldier came out.

I was surprised how awesome he was, considering I could not give the slightest iota of a shit about the Falcon.

Um no, even Jason Todd came back. In the New 52 he was brought back to life via Lazarus Pit.
Generally the only people who have stayed dead are Uncle Ben and Batman's parents.
looks like they're making up for the lack of cheadle in im3
i dig it
also, pretty sure [sp]hydra is based mainly in europe, and part of the reason why fury left the us[/sp]
