How the fuck are they going to explain Quicksilver and (maybe) Scarlet Witch if they cant reference Magneto or X-Men anyway.
I have several things on my mind.
Why is Nova in that picture up there? Did I miss something?
I always thought of Vision as a buffed up robot Spock, im not to sure Diesel will be good for this role.
Although no one would have thought Johhny Storm could be Captain America...
And I think Antman will appear as Hank Pym in Avengers 2, and then by Avengers 3 he will be Antman.
I also wonder how Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch will fit in.

1. Nova, as far as i know, in the Marvel Universe, is kinda like their equivalent of the Green Lantern Corp, but without rings that make constructs, other than that i really dont know much about him, so they're just low ranking guards or something.

x-men and spider-man are the two marvel franchises disney will never gain
fox and sony will milk the hell out of them for as long as they can (which will be for some time) just so they can keep the rights.
shit, fox kept entering watchmen into pre-production just so they could legally hold onto it, despite them doing fuck all with the movie apart from 2 scripts. it goes to show you how hard these companies are in competition with each other.

It will certainly be a while before Fox will make a deal. As far as they're concerned Days of Future Past is their ensemble super hero movie.
But Spidey... never say never. Specially when Oscorp was set to appear in Avengers and Stark Tower in Spiderman.

I think Sony do. They're not stupid. I think swapping the buildings was their attempt at breaking the ice. Garfield was spotted with a stack of Avengers comics too.
But I think Fox are a bit arrogant. The way they see it they have 3 super hero franchises on the go:
- X-men
- X-men younger
- Wolverine
They probably think Days of Future Past will be their Avengers. Give it time. When DoFP only makes a fraction of Avengers and Fox realises it's not the same; deals will be made.
There are rumors going around that DOFP is their Citizen Cane of X-men films so they can go out with a bang and sell the rights back to Disney. That's why they've got every actor in them. I guess the latest Wolverine movie was the make up for the last one.

Comics yes. And they do. A lot of mutants end up as members, some x-men become Avengers too.
Films no. Even if they were in the same universe they couldn't team up. X-Men is an unofficial organisation often vilified by the government. Avengers works for the government.
