Vision looks amazing.
Why is it in most concepts Ultron's arm is just stuck pointing upwards like that.
Why is it in most concepts Ultron's arm is just stuck pointing upwards like that.
Because its Ultron and Ultron likes to do that.
[editline]7th February 2015[/editline]
No seriously, google image search Ultron, theres dozens of pictures have him doing a hand-claw pose with his arm tilted upwards.

Because strings and metaphors and shit.
Plus it looks menancing and cool I guess.
Also, im sorry, but i just saw a picture of a cosplay someone did of Ultron. Ignore that shit, what the fuck is going on with Thanos.

Ignore Thanos, what the fuck is going on with Galactus and whoever it is on the right.
Also, im sorry, but i just saw a picture of a cosplay someone did of Ultron, i need to show somebody this shit. Ignore Ultron, what the fuck is going on with Thanos.

Have they confirmed that Vision will be altering his density and all that shit to go through walls?

There was promo art of him doing that, so yeah.
Man as good as D'Onofrio may be I don't think anyone will be able to replace MCD as Kingpin to me. He was the best part about that film. I mean just look at that muscle! It's perfect

ha, race-bending before it became controversial. though i do remember people whining about it, there was no doubt that after seeing the movie he was a great pick, even though the rest of the movie sucked.
I dunno what it was, but Michael Clarke Duncan felt like he was cast because he would be really good for the role, rather than "we need more not-white people in the cast for diversity", which is what a lot of modern race-benders feel like.
Maybe I'm just more cynical now, who knows.
All I know is that it fucking sucks that he's dead.

It was like Kevin Spacey in Superman Returns. That movie was so fucking bland even Spacey couldn't carry it but damn if he wasn't the best part of it.
I hate when they have spot on casting for a shitty movie. The original Fantastic Four movies also had the ideal Mr. Fantastic imo.

I honestly don't know if we'll ever get a better Ben Grimm than Michael Chiklis.
The dude had a great voice for it and really did his homework.
The worst part is, apparently Julian McMahon studied up on Doctor Doom a LOT and was going to crank it up to eleven. Like, full-on Latverian accent, throwing his hands to the sky and yelling "RICHAAAAARRRDDDSSSSS" cheeseball Doctor Doom.
Which would have been fucking perfect.
But then the director told him to tone it down.
god i hope youre not referring to jessica alba
Jessica Alba is just a bad actress. There should be no shame to admit that she's just an eye candy.
Wait
Why isn't Joss Whedon directing the rest of the Avenger movies?
Wait

Because he said he can't handle as many characters as Infinity War requires to work.

Because Russo Brothers are much better?
they're certainly better at handling the material and have a knack for it.
nothing against joss but ca2 is all i need to say. the franchise is in the right hands.
god i hope youre not referring to jessica alba
No, I was talking about the dude who played Reed. Her and Chris Evans just didn't work very well imo
Whedon wants to create his own universe, it's been 5 years since he got to do that.
Though the brothers are perfect replacements, with what they did in cap 2, and what they're probably going to do for civil war.
I think Joss Whedon gets way too much credit.
Like, yeah, he's not bad, but people hail him as Nerd Jesus because he made Firefly.
I feel the same way about him that I do about Nolan and the Dark Knight series; good, but way way way overblown.
Glad the Russos are doing Infinity War. I'd have liked to see James Gunn do it (since he made a better "team" film with a bunch of new characters than Whedon did when his characters all had at least one movie to build them up), but the Russos are gonna do a fantastic job if they do anything nearly as good as Winter Soldier.

i think most of the time it's just people overreacting. like, it doesn't matter if you get a perfect actor for the role, as long as he's not white (and the original character is) people will still call it political correctness gone mad
[editline]10th February 2015[/editline]
also, they're making secret wars, right? james gunn would be perfect for that

What the fuck, that would have been great.
HALLELUJAH
Under the deal, the new Spider-Man will first appear in a Marvel film from Marvel's Cinematic Universe (MCU). Sony Pictures will thereafter release the next installment of its $4 billion Spider-Man franchise, on July 28, 2017, in a film that will be co-produced by Kevin Feige and his expert team at Marvel and Amy Pascal, who oversaw the franchise launch for the studio 13 years ago. Together, they will collaborate on a new creative direction for the web slinger. Sony Pictures will continue to finance, distribute, own and have final creative control of the Spider-Man films.
Marvel and Sony Pictures are also exploring opportunities to integrate characters from the MCU into future Spider-Man films.

WOW. after so many off and on "it could happens" "it's not going to happen" IT'S HAPPENING!
This is freakin huge, I'm SO excited to see a marvel produced spiderman, finally there's going to be a decent story for one of my favorite comic book super heroes.
And the possibility that he's going to be play the part he plays in the comics for civil war omg. He would actually work out as a superhero who doesn't know the avengers personally, but sees where they're coming from, so he switches sides.
I could go on and on, this is amazing, just woke up from a nap and heard this news. Literally can't wait for phase 3 now.
Yep official confirmation on everything being pushed back
