You need to see the doctor, and not facepunch; It's time to stop posting, bro.
Depending on your age, you might be growth spurting or something. Usually people gain some weight and then grow, and stretch it out if you get what I mean. That happened to me like when I was 11-13 I would get chubby, then in the summer I would grow pretty tall and then become and that process would repeat for 2 and something years. Hope that helped.

Then I stayed at that weight, but I got skinnier very very fast, I don't know how, just did. On my passport photo I looked like a half-ton.
Well, if the way my body seems to work is any indication - walk faster. And make this faster walk a normal habit for you. Here's why I say this based off my body: I inhale a shitload of not-so-healthy food. I thrive off Doritos, Taco Bell and Mountain Dew. Even at lunch for school - I typically only get $3 a day, and during lunch at school I need to pick between nastyass school lunch that's not nutritional at all, or one of the 6,542,012 fast food places near the school that aren't nutritional either but at least taste good. Yet I'm not fat. I don't have a six-pack, but I'm not fat - I'd even be pretty fit if I got off my ass and did Cross Country next year. And my legs pack a serious punch to them. And it's all of course because I walk fast. I didn't even notice I walked fast until people started pointing it out - and then it didn't become OBVIOUS until people start wondering how the fuck I get to Taco Bell from the school so fast if I don't have a driver's license.

"genetics" isn't a good excuse for obesity but neither is "you eat too many calories". Obesity has more to do with blood sugar levels and insulin resistance than simply calories-in calories-out and wait a second why am i making an effort post no one is going to read it anyway

Some people (~59 mil Americans) have thyroid conditions, a genetic defect. And excessive caloric intake is another MAJOR issue, and if you think you can simply brush it off you literally have no idea. If you want to you could always learn a martial art like Muay Thai ( Thai Boxing ) , Boxing or any other martial art. Martial arts focus pretty heavily on conditioning and also gives you strength. Been joining for a few months now, I was a fatass, then now I'm pretty much at the weight and size that I desire to.
stop eating bread and pasta etc. carbohydrates make you fat.

If this hasn't been said: When you exercise more to lose weight, a byproduct of that is consuming more liquids. This means that your body is holding the water (which is quite heavy), meaning that you might lose fat, but gain weight in the form of increased water held by your body.
Don't know if you do this, but don't eat before you go to bed cause then the body can't burn the fat from the food.
Words of Wisdom: Excercise.
There's a big chance you're eating more than you think. I would recommend starting to write it down whenever you put ANYTHING in your mouth (drinks as well). After a week, read what you wrote, and you'll see what you put in your body really is. This will then almost automatically make you try to eat less, even on a subconscious level. I don't try to regulate my weight, but I'm rather thin. I would also recommend getting yourself stressed, as it will make you work faster and therefore make you thinner. Also, try to sleep less, but don't eat when you're supposed to sleep. Night-food = Fat food. If you're having the amount of phys-ed you're saying, you should be ok

But they have extremely high BMIs. You should try walking a set route of about 5 miles. I walk around the outskirts of my local town, it should take about 2 hours. During a week off school I was playing AoE3 and eating junk food whenever I needed it. I spent 70% of the day on my arse. Yet at the end of the week I had lost 12 pounds. Because I was walking it all off :v:
Eat more hairy bums. When you don't eat hairy bums a lot your body stores fat because it believes that it needs it. If you eat more hairy bums your body will get the nutrients it needs and will not trick itself into thinking that it is getting no hairy bums.

You're eating wrong. Also poster above you're an idiot Fat is stored energy, it serves same purpose as glucose - nothing to do with muscle building; muscles come from PROTEIN.
