Some people just have to try harder and put a bit more effort than others. I know a previously huge guy whos whole family was fat but he went on a VERY strict diet and excercised constantly over the summer and came back to school perfectly in shape(he has so much loose skin though that if he holds his bare arms up, you'd think he could fly)
So apparently, to lose 2lbs a week, you need to loose 7000 calories a week, more than you consume, what the hell does that mean? If I consume 10500 calories a week, I have to BURN 17500? What the fuck? That's 2500 calories burnt a day? That's not even possible.

You have a BMR of 1841.8.? So thats how many calories I burn in a day by doing jack shit? SO if I burned 660 calories from working out in a day, i would have burnt 2500? Why was I not of informed of this?
That means you burn 1848 calories sitting on your ass every day. Eat 300 calories below that and exercise.

Stop eating white bread/rice unless diabetes is a goal of yours. Eat whole grain wheat, its better for you. Apples and bananas aren't even that good for you, try eating a salad or something. Crackers are pretty shit. Too much salt. Eat whole grain Sucks to be you. And stop doing pussy physical ed, you're not a paraplegic. Start running or at least jogging. Then start doing sit ups/and push ups. Buy a 30 dollar pull up bar while you are at it. You can lose weight and gain muscle by doing just sit ups/push ups/pull ups/ Don't procrastinate, don't say "I'll get in shape one day" do it now. ITS YOUR LIFE ON THE LINE.

nobody realizes that you burn calories nonstop all day, you use them to stay alive, they're not just some nuisance associated with fatness

(SS will have you just doing squats, deadlifts, and benchpress. you NEED these, they are important-as-fuck compound lifts.) I'd suggest adding some things in like 3 sets of pull-ups until fail, etc. Maybe 5 minutes of cardio pre-workout to get the blood flowing, and then 5 minutes of cardio post-workout. Remember to stretch. I highly advise against only doing cardio stuff, but I'm still pretty new to this stuff too so If I were you I'd research into this stuff further than Facepunch. I would just throw this in, don't expect to lose 2lbs a week every week. Most people have a really successful first 2 weeks then it drops of for another 2-3 weeks before evening out. A lot of people give up, in those 2-3 weeks. Don't. But I'm going to take a different approach to this, if you're not happy with you, don't expect losing weight to be a sudden magic pill that will make you everything you want to be. I'm 6'3" and like... 290lbs or around that. But I am thick set. I have no rolls, just 1 chin like everyone else, just a beer gut. Hell I could lose some weight, but I also realised that I was more than my weight as my person. And low and behold I can dress up, put on a nice hat and pull the sweetest piece of ass in the club if I choose to. Consider for a moment. Are you losing weight for yourself, or for other people?
