I think this was mentioned before, but I really want to see Guillermo del Toro's version of At the Mountains of Madness. Sadly though, Prometheus really put the project on hold, perhaps even killed it.

Also I want to see a properly done Max Payne movie, but written and overlooked by Sam Lake and Remedy Studios so it's done fucking proper. Sam Lake is amazing IMO and he's perfectly capable of writing a fucking amazing script for a Max Payne adaption. The director would be disputed, but hopefully someone from more of indie background who understands the games.
An original scifi universe that crosses over with Jurassic Park without making a mockery of it, like something involving another company that buys out InGen after it goes bankrupt something not about dinosaurs, but instead corporate espionage or something like that, but with a scifi element added in, like you'll get a glimpse of the Weyland Corporation working on shady stuff. May have a set piece or something on one of the islands from the movie
Also part of me would be interested to see a clean slate remake of Terminator, wiping out the old mythology and starting over in the modern context of Drone warfare and whatnot. Kyle travels back to the 90's when modern drones were first being deployed in the Balkans (ironically 1997, perhaps?) But I feel like it somehow would end up being cliche. Still, it couldn't be much worse than Terminator Salvation
are you high right now
if by that you mean high on bad ideas, yes
