Every now and again it is like all the meds work for just a few minutes. Someone is clearly reasonably close with their diagnosis and prescription, he just doesn't seem to consistently take the meds and let them actually work.

As a japanese person, I can confirm from my trips to japan that everyone there carries around a Katana

- Skyrim is basically Canada
- Eli wishes he could go somewhere cool like Tokyo because everybody carries katanas with them.
- Specifically, he'd want to fight the Triads in Japan. Least he's not trying to kill the Palestinian Prime Minister this time around.
- He thinks that his 'tech support' will hack busses for him in case he misses one.

- He's going to Canada to play Runescape once he realizes that Xboxes don't grow on trees.
When he's found to be overstaying his visa, he'll be deported back to the US.
Only this time he has very little chance of sparking an international incident. He probably won't even use that katana correctly if it isn't confiscated.
Do we know where in particular he's going in Canada? Because last I checked Facepunch has a much better network there than Israel, we could get some guys out to check up on him.
