At first this seemed funny, but now that I'm reading through this guy's personality and history, it's actually becoming increasingly sad and disturbing. This guy needed help a long time ago, and if he's not beyond it he still does.
I think he's a good actor a la daxflame, who tricked people for years.

This is worse than the Sonichu people. They openly admit that their actions have turned him to drink, and even drug abuse. They make fun of a bunch of videos where a man is convinced that they are going to kill him (HAHAHA get it? Because he thinks that the people who constantly harass him might pose a physical threat! What a crazy, whacked-out man!). He is clearly mentally impaired, and though he is something of a Walter Mitty-type, the self-proclaimed trolls are orders of magnitude more awful people.

members of Jace's local police department are "in on the joke", or
Jace hijacked a police cruiser and parked it in his driveway in order to film a 40-second IPhone Internet video.
Jace's Steam account, which goes back 7 years and has 80 games, must have cost at least $600[2]. Jace regularly plays Steam games on a nearly daily basis and his Steam history has nothing in it that would contradict his story.[3] He has been observed to display his usual pattern of behavior (claiming he is a Marine, etc) in online matches. His Facebook dates back to the summer of 2011. He claims to have been active on the DeviantArt community beginning in 2008, a claim which is backed up by people mentioning him before Fuck Yeah Deagles even existed.
Jace's real-life address and phone number are common knowledge among trolls, DeagleDad420 ordered him a Hawaiian pizza at one point during a live stream. There was no way for Jace to know of this ahead of time, proving that he really lives there. Similarly, one of the key players in Team Gamerfood sent a Qur'an to Jace's house without telling anyone about it. Jace commented on it a few days later despite having no way of knowing it was going to be sent there. Any sane troll would give up or disappear if 4chan of all people got their hands on that kind of information.
Jace is consistent with his insanity; he displays the same patterns over and over again and he's stuck with his story. There have been changes in his behavior, but they all have clear (usually psychological) reasons behind them. For example, Jace was sober at the beginning of the trolling, but later took up drinking and eventually drug abuse from the stress this caused, including getting his liscence suspended. Being "blazed" 24/7 had an observable impact on his speech. Another example is him getting an intense tan over the course of the summer; Jace spent the summer of 2013 constantly going to the beach and learning how to swim to be in the SEALS.
Other people, including his mom, as well as his friends Tyce, Kyle, Colby, and Elijah have appeared in his videos. If Jace was trolling, that would mean he would have had to rope in his own mother and several extremely competent actors, which is hard to believe would be possible.
Jace's Live Streams are totally unscripted and have been known to last for up to six hours with significant audience interaction. He has never broken character during a livestream. It would take an extremely skilled actor to react to unpredictable events, questions and chatter like that in real-time; especially because the Livestream chats are always filled with people making fun of him. It would be the equivalent of trying to do a six hour stand-up gig where every single audience member is a heckler, and never once losing your composure. Tyce Andrews has also appeared in some livestreams, meaning if the Ruseman theory is to be believed, Tyce must also be Andy Kaufman.
Conclusion: Given the evidence mentioned above, and the fact that there's no clear evidence either way, it comes down to a personal choice of whether you want to believe there's one extremely dumb autist or one incredibly skilled manipulator, actor, and ruseman who has planned this out seven years in advance to troll an extremely specific and small audience. Some people prefer to believe he's Andy Kaufman incarnate simply because they are afraid of the alternative: facing the reality that a human being exists that is this pathetic and stupid. I thought that during some of this, but after actually watching him (seriously, he's calling someone showing him a picture of a penis "sexual assassination" and claiming he was raped) I can't really blame them for what they're doing. This guy really shouldn't be let out of his house without serious counseling and psychiatric medications.
