Eitherway, the fucked up part is that Jace is using Eli's Exit Ticket as Blackmail because he won't risk his life with No REAL Military Training , No Weapons (Seriously, a Pencil Crossbow?) and No Money.

I don't see local US police detachments sending messages about Eli direct to the IDF and the message getting there through all of the layers between them before Tuesday if ever. The FBI or the State Department would be better, but the ones who're designated to help fucked Americans in foreign lands is specifically embassy/consulate offices.
