I still say someone should tell Jace the PM is in the US so he'll get Eli back in the States to catch him.
Someone should pretend to be a guy from the NSA and feed Jace "intel" on the PM's current whereabouts, and also that Tupac was sighted in the PM's plane. (Use a photo of basically any important person from the middle east as long as there aren't definitive markings for a different country, shop Tupac peeking out of one of the passenger windows.) Like, they're going to Disneyland while Israel and Hamas duke it out or something.
