If Gold Member is no longer able to be purchased, i'd at least like it to be 2 years 2k posts again, so Gold Members could at least be semi-better posters or at least long standing members again.

But if it ever goes down again for some reason, which is pretty likely, you can always just use Google. For example: "site:facepunch.com your search query here" Not as up-to-date or as good as FP's search system but does the job for the most part.

They've had two years and 2k posts without getting banned for shitposting, and have time to acclimatize to our "Culture". Case in point; Rust Forum posters.

I'd say 5 years and 1k posts seems like a good thing for gold, that way it will be there for members that have been on here for a while and have posted a reasonable amount of times

I kind of want to take a look and see what the inside of the GMF forums are like right now.

I hadn't noticed that my post count was above 2,000 until a few days ago. I kinda want to buy gold now that I feel experienced in Facepunch.

More or less I used to lurk here and be semi active then I joined the military and got back into eve online with a few buds and found some great friends from eve. Now I am semi back.

The only real reason Gold would be nice is for the privilege to have a gif avatar. Shame it's unobtainable these days.
