Okay on the 1st my pay gets fixed and I get some back pay, so looking for a skirmishable weapons preferably Gas, only aeg's i can handle are m249's. If anyone has any shotguns also interested.

Had my eye on it but kinda hoping notrabies is going to offer a shotgun. If not give me a skirmish review on the m1100
Had my eye on it but kinda hoping notrabies is going to offer a shotgun. If not give me a skirmish review on the m1100
Certainly not out of the question, but I'd have to check what I have lying around. Now if you plan to skirmish an M1100 you have to figure out a couple of things. 1. How many shells do you need? More is always better of course, but depending on the size of your field, the number of people, and the type of gamemode, you might not need that many. 20 is a great starting number. 2. How are you going to manage your fired shells? If you're playing outdoors you pretty much need a shell catcher, but most of the ones you can buy don't quite work well enough so you're best off crafting your own. I play indoors so I just pick mine up after the end of a life, the end of a round, or in a lull in combat. 3. Do you want internal gas or external? The internal tanks are nice to have, but on green gas they leak pretty much all the time (I have at least 5 of them and all are leaking right now) and they're only good for around 20-30 shots before you need more gas. External lines are fairly annoying, but I'm well past 1000 rounds on a single fill up of my CO2 tank and you can adjust the PSI to loosely adjust your fps. You'll also need to adjust your rig to hold the tank. 4. Are you alright dealing with the issues inherent to the gun? Even when fully tuned the M1100's still misfire or fail to eject on the occasion, and this can be a total deal breaker for some people. My solution is to just shoot more shells. Bottom line is that if you can figure out what you want and a price you're willing to pay, I can probably build it for you.
20 or so shells to start with I'll make a shell catcher external please 4 I owned a we tech closed bolt scar, I can handle this puppy. Also trying to incorperate a way to make a shotgun slide for it much like the IFAPer who did the custom spas and kept the pump working any ideas? Starting budget is +250 according to the wife but it will go up as need be.
Also trying to incorperate a way to make a shotgun slide for it much like the IFAPer who did the custom spas and kept the pump working any ideas?
That might be doable considering I was the one who taught him how to do it! If you have an account on Arnie's you can view my process here: http://www.arniesairsoft.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/157637-shotgun-picture-thread/page__st__1420#entry2550430 The only challenge I'd foresee is that the M1100 I'd be selling you would be the M1100 Revision, and its so short that there might not be enough room for a pump to move enough to function right. If a regular pump won't fit, its possible we could throw one of these on there for maximum shorty: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/gandp-m870-mad-dog-type-handguard-for-maruzen-ca870-gandp-m870.html That budget should work for everything excluding the tank setup, as the tank + regulator + external line + replacement gas line for the Maruzen runs around $175 + shipping. I'd have to figure out how many shells I'd be willing to part with, but if I go through with this I'd be selling you an M1100 Revision with a modded extractor, set for internal (1 gas tank if you do this one) or external gas, and x shells for like $150-$200.
Looks good questions about it, Any way to take that rail handgaurd off? Any stocks that fit? Full stock or folding? Whats the effective range of that shotgun with 1bb and fully loaded? The field I play on is a mix of field and cqb. Also thanks for all the help rabies love you bro ;)

Also thanks for all the help rabies love you bro ;)
No problem man, I don't mind helping at all. If we fitted a pump, the entire rail system/heatshield/bullshit would be coming right off as its just two halves wrapped around the gun. You could easily remove it and make a wood handguard to replace it like Felix and Fish have done: Real stocks do fit, as well as a lot of airsoft stocks, look up Maruzen CA870 or Maruzen M870 and you should find quite a few stocks/grips that will fit. The only issue is that you have to make room for the gas tank/line (comes out of the pistol grip) so you'll have to drill a hole in several of the ones available. My folding stock was created when someone took a real ATI topfolding stock and fitted it to the basic Maruzen pistol grip, and it works great. Max range with one bb is hard to judge due to the way the hop is set. Its a fixed hopup and its not set up to handle less than 4bb's at a time when using green gas (110-120 PSI on an external tank). When using 4-10 .2g bb's expect 100-150 feet of range, but the groupings can be anywhere from side of a barn to torso size. Generally, if someone is out in the open at least one bb is going to hit them if they're in range, but I've had total misses at 40 feet more than once. So long as you play aggressive and quick, you should have no problem with the field ranges, and the Revision is small enough to use as a backup if you ever get a field gun.
Okay if you could hook me up with something as sexy as the one in that photo i'l be happy as shit. This sounds bad think you could do the pump mod? I have no experience and on hawaii the parts I need are hard as shit to get locally but definitely sold. My pay gets fixed on the first so we just need to work out shipping and all that good shit. Haha this also compliments my CAW m79 perfectly CQB boss loadout.

Worst case scenario I have a fancier gun than I had before. I'd recommend doing some looking around for stocks/accessories/rails/etc that you might want to throw on and I'll see what I can do. Currently from my understanding I'd be taking my current M1100 Revision, rigging it to an external setup, and adding a pump. Only extra things you'd need to pay for would be the cost of the pump and the new stock/grip.
