Buy, Sell, Trade Thread V.1 ~In Loving Memory of Upnushi~

Got a friend who managed to grab some Eagle Industries SPC's that supply was getting rid of. Probably pretty used if they were just throwing them out. If anyone is interested let me know, he's looking for offers, no price set at the moment.
I hate to make a offer on something like that. If you can get any sort of price from him let me know. It'd be cool to have.
We were talking about it. Told him I saw some used ones on ebay for around $300. He's going to get some pics later on, hopefully that will give us an idea of what condition they're in.
@Oakman: Probably $75
If he can get a ballpark price and some pictures I'd get one. but I cant make an offer on something I cant see.

oh shit its my chance
If anyone is interested in a project gun or something I have a broken metal body G&G M4 RIS w/full length barrel for sale. It just needs new wiring otherwise it functions fine.
How much?
I might want that, what kath said.
What would you guys be willing to trade/offer for a stock JG G36E 3x carry handle scope w/1 hicap and bipod? Never fielded, shot less than 1k BBs plinking in the backyard (haven't even finished the bag of Lancer Tacticals that came with it). Bought it before I knew what kinds of fields we have here so I'm looking for something that is a bit more CQB-orientated (and with more than a single 3 inch rail).
$150+Shipping? Seems reasonable since it's an easy fix and this is a good gun but I'm very open to offers and trades.

you would be able to sell that for like $75 MAYBE

I bought it new from ASGI for $100. :c
30% the second you touch it
Understandable. At least $75 would go to getting some actual gear.
your better of getting a g36c barrel block weird thing and then g36c handguard for like $30 or you could save up for a g36 RIS

G36C barrel block weird thing? Never heard of it. If there's some way to convert this gun to be a bit more CQB friendly then I'm all ears.

Its actually super easy, get a new optics/carry rail, a flashhider (you can probably just remove the one off your current G36), a shorter inner barrel, and a C sized handguard. The G36 is the lego of airsoft guns, take off a bit and throw on another bit, and its still hurts if you step on it.
Wow, that is actually pretty cool. I didn't know you could do that.
Wouldn't I need a shorter outer barrel if I got a shorter inner barrel? I'm not too keen on how this barrel business works anyways.
iirc all of JGs G36s come with the C length inner barrel
Actually, the G36c has no real outer barrel for airsoft. If you take off your handguard, you'll see where your full-size barrel screws on; that is where the G36c barrel would end. You just put your flashhider on there and you're set.

I recently aquired a full length G36, all I need to do is unscrew the longer outerbarrel, but I don't know from where. Any hints where to unscrew it from?
Well unless JG decided to redesign their full size G36's, it should be pretty obvious:

The muzzle of the gun is where you would attach the flashhider, G36K extension, or G36 barrel extension.
Alternatively, you can attach them all:

is there glue or anything on a brand new one? its taking alot of force and no budge

You're probably unscrewing it the wrong way. Its a CCW thread, so turn it to the right to get it off.
I think there's a little hex screw you need to remove before you can twist off the outer barrel. Am I right or am I looking at the wrong part? Or do I not need to unscrew it at all and I'm just not applying enough force?

Unfortunately I only have a hex key smaller than it and one that won't fit.

The part you're taking pictures of is the handguard spacer, which keeps the barrel centered in the handguard. Its normally attached right to the barrel extension, so you shouldn't need to remove that to remove the barrel. If that's the only thing that appears to be holding your barrel in, give it a nice firm CCW twist.
There's a chance it'll be glued in place, so you may need to apply a lot of force or use pliers. If neither of those works, boil up some water and attempt to submerge that general area in it for a little bit, the heat will greatly weaken the glue.
CCW from the shooter's point of view or CCW from the front? (CCW would be turning to the left?)
CCW from the shooter's point of view or CCW from the front? (CCW would be turning to the left?)
From the front. CCW means counterclockwise, so turn it the opposite direction that clock hands move. It should feel weird, because every standard screw you're likely to encounter is CW.
