Staplers with the movable base. Used to fire the staples at eachother.
It was stupid but we were also 8.
I still do this, and I'm 18.
We have this awesome stapler in Chemistry. You press a button and the staple receptacle slides out. Had a LOT of fun reloading that.

Turned into this for me,

Oh god, it's so true.
Actually sometimes when I have one of those "goddamnit there's nothing to do" moments (usually on weekends) I pick up my tripod and aim it out the window.
I have a wild imagination even to this day. :v:
I still do this most of time I haven't found any object that would resemble a gun that much though.

That was so much fun, until you accidentally drop it and there's silicone all over the goddamn place.

I broke so many umbrellas as a kid because of this.
It was always so annoying when you where playing guns as a kid and there's that one friend that refuses to die no matter what.

I'M MADE OF BULLET PROOF EVERYTHING
Nothing beats a croquet hammer warhammer.
Dyson vacuum cleaner handles. The yellow part is a forward grip, the handle is a stock, and there's a hose attachment that fits into the silver loop like a scope. If we'd had this when I was a kid, I would've been messing with it all the time.

This was my favorite pistol.

Found a stick? Awesome, Lightsaber!
A stack of hay-bails? A fortress!
A bike? My trusty steed!
Altogether? The single most awesome futuristic lighsaber-siege ever.

I took one of these without the caulk tube and taped a vacuum pipe extension in its place, it was my favorite thing to play with.
Any branch with a 30 degree bend in it would suffice though.
two of these:

I still play with these in the 9th grade in Art Class.

he's so confused
I remember when I was like 6 my friend and I found a whole load of cardboard, we cut it into vague gun shapes and played for hours on end. God damn I miss childhood.
This thread is making me miss the huge imagination I used to have as a kid.

Why does creativity and imagination dwindle as people get older?

under slung mini gun, much like the heavy's mini gun :v:
I used to pretend it was a Stinger missile and shoot down helicopters/planes that would fly over the school. You use the mouthpiece as an eyesight and the slide is the missile.
[editline]8th May 2012[/editline]
actually i still do this
Now that I think of it, I never did Pretend guns a lot as a kid, mostly lightsabers and swords.
But most of the time I didn't even use physical objects, just my imagination.
I go to a media school and every time we bring out the tripods someone WILL do the minigun.
