When I was young I liked to pretend the huge and bulky tripods were miniguns. I got in trouble though, a lot.
I used to take the hose off the household vacuum cleaner and stick the end of it into a bulky duffel bag that I would wear as a backpack, then hold onto the opposite, handle end of it instant flamethrower [IMG]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/emoot/sun.gif[/IMG]
What do you mean as a kid, as a photographer I do it constantly still and every other photographer I know also does it :v:
When I was really young, I painted my drum sticks blue and green to make them look like light sabers.
