Whenever I workout, I got for reps. Not weight. I do around 96 Reps of 40 at my home on everything. I don't want to have bulky arms.
If you go for reps, it isn't as effective.
If you put more weights to it, your muscles have to work harded and by doing so, they grow faster.
You don't have to fear that you will start looking like this

Because that will only happen if you use steroids.
You can see by him not having any bulge.
You can see by him not having any bulge.
What are you talking about?
Damn I really got to get back into lifting. I've been lazy for like 2 months, and just stopped. It's kind of demotivating when all the strength I gain is in my legs and I gain pretty much no upper body strength. My eating habits are terrible too, but I'll probably get back into lifting soon.

If you think that raising the weight a little will give you bulky arms, you're wrong. Trust me, if you think that your muscles will grow out of your own control, think again. If you were going to get bulky arms from lifting low reps high weight, you'd know before it happened.

tbh he probably still gets more pussy than you'll ever get
KTM 250 SX-F
I got it in '07 and it's holdin up good.
Always loved KTM.
Nice, i've got a WR250f for the tighter stuff I do and a DR650 for dirt touring. I was considering a 690 enduro but there's been a few issues with it apparently...

High reps actually gives you more mass than high weights for low reps.
Next time you see someone who is just huge ask them how many reps they do and the answer will usually be a pretty large number.
People who go for strength with go more for higher weights but having multiple sets of around 10-12 and throughout their cycle drop down to even higher weights for 8, and eventually come to a close to do multiple sets declining, like 8 - 6 - 4 - 2.

Yeah, i wanted to take my dad's KTM 450 EXC for a ride but since it's his, i'd be killed.
I really want the WR250x because it's faster than some dukes which is awesome.

I jog and do some exercise i can't remember the name of.

Jogging doesn't build muscles, if building muscles is what you want.
I'm at the gym every day and I'm on steroids. Go me!
I doubt you'll get any where if you get on the gym everyday.
I doubt you'll get any where if you get on the gym everyday.
I concentrate on certain muscle groups so say I did my back on a Monday, it would be Thursday before I did it again. Two/three days is enough recovery time.
Oh, I've never thought about that. I tend to do all muscles groups rest 2-3 days and then start again.

I never do legs. I really should, it's just after squats and then a couple of pints I find myself dancing home falling into walls etc
I would advise against drinking heavily after workouts, and would advise against it at all times if you want to end up with a toned look. Drink a lot and you end up with a bear gut, no matter how many weights ya do.

The beer gut is staying! It cost me too much money to get rid of.
You aren't suposed to eat/drink anything for about an hour after training because your body absorbs all the fat you take in. I have a good hour in the steam room after a gym session though so I sort of get away with it.
I'm not too fussed about getting cut up, I don't really have the body type for it, I'll be happy just getting big like a Silverback.

Uh. For maximum muscle gain you HAVE to eat as SOON as possible after a workout, preferably alot of carbs.
Why are you explaining weight lifting to what is a bunch of 13-year olds sitting at their parents' computers
Would you expect the 13 year olds to have computers? It makes perfect sense they would be on there parents' computer, no need to make an insult out of it.
Mwahahaha, Top of page 3. I'm better than all of you under meh. >:)

Beer doesn't cause a beer gut, it's the other things that go along with beer. And yes, eat right after a workout, preferably within 30 minutes, carbs or protiens, no fats.
My friends made their own gym in one of their garages and i go with them sometimes but it's a little hard to get into it when one of them benches 80, the other benches 70 and i can only bench 50, 55 at a push.
Then again they go 3 times a week and i might go once every 2 weeks.
Finding a good workout plan made me go from this, (Graduation)

You just need to find what works for you, and ATLEASTTTTTTTTT 30 mins a day. Oh, and you CANNOT expect results within a week, you have to stick with it or you will be back to where you started.
Uh. For maximum muscle gain you HAVE to eat as SOON as possible after a workout, preferably alot of carbs.
Lol. You mean proteins. Carbs too ofcourse but it isin't as important as proteins.
<Lie>I change my workout routine every 2 weeks. Body easily gets used to a type of workout.

I do weight lifting every week.
Last week, i did it to the point of where i had no energy left and my arms felt tired.
Then i ate Maccas, to make up for all the energy i lost.
Uh. For maximum muscle gain you HAVE to eat as SOON as possible after a workout, preferably alot of carbs.
Sorry I got mixed up, I was talking about fatty food and drink.
I may have been misinformed but I thought you it should be protein you have, not carbs. I was told when looking for protein shakes, look for one with the lowest protein to carb ratio.
Diet only really matters if you're doing it to lose weight/fat like a majority of most people are. If you're just trying to get stronger and such, it doesn't hurt, but it isn't necessary.
I didn't watch my diet in the slightest bit and I think I turned out someone decent (sorry for all the green)

My arms aren't the biggest things in the world, but I can bench press around 255-265lbs, which isn't bad for someone that weighs about 170lbs. I've always been more a speed and quickness guy than a strength guy as well.
Alot of girls don't find huge muscles attractive.
Yup, that's my excuse :(
