Red Wings are the best hands down.
;29823572']Red Wings are the best hands down.
Excuse me? Canucks. Number one in the league, now pwning in the playoffs. You can't say RW's are better because statistically they weren't. Hometown pride, suck it

Hometown pride, suck it
lol statistics? I thought Toronto has the best statistics. Still, my vote stays on the Red Wings.
YESSS FUCK YOU DETROIT [editline]13th May 2011[/editline] Just got 10$ from a bet, sweet
Also, San Jose's ice sucks. Bad.
The reason the Bruins will win is because of the Winter Classic. The team that wins the Stanley Cup has played in the Winter Classic a year prior to winning. A year ago it was the Bruins vs Flyers, and since the Flyers lost the Bruins will win the Stanley cup, or else the chain of events is broken. Fyi this has happened for the past 2 years (as long as the Winter Classic has been going on).
And the closest city who has also hosted the winter olympics has won the Stanley cup the following year and it's already happened 5 times. 1932 - Lake Placid, NY hosts the Winter Olympics - In 1933 the New York Rangers win the Stanley Cup [del]1960 - Squaw Valley, CA hosts the Winter Olympics - No NHL team exists yet in California?[/del] 1980 - Lake Placid, NY hosts the Winter Olympics - In 1981 the New York Islanders win the Stanley Cup 1988 - Calgary, AB hosts the Winter Olympics - in 1989 the Calgary Flames win the Stanley Cup 2002 - Salt Lake City, UT hosts the Winter Olympics - Colorado being the closest NHL team won the Stanley Cup the year prior in 2001 (questionable) 2010 - Vancouver, B.C. hosts the Winter Olympics - in 2011 are the Canucks destined to win the Cup and continue the Winter Olympic - Stanley Cup tradition? Winter Classic IMO is miniscule compared to this. We will see. Oh, and the Bruins and Nucks can still get knocked out this round, don't forget. [editline]14th May 2011[/editline] Also, don't forget about pipsqueak Gary Bettman. He could have his arsenal of Canadian team hatred conspiracies lined up and loaded for us to walk into.
This Boston vs. Tampa game is intense as fuck and it's so early in [editline]Edit[/editline] Tampa bay goal, woo! [editline]edit[/editline] AHAHAHA 2-0, fucking walked right in your zone [editline]Edit[/editline] 3-0 YESSSSSSSS
Hey Dirty, San Jose haven't won a Stanley Cup yet have they? I guess I should rate your posts funny aswell :buddy:
4-1 EAT SHIT BOSTON [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] 5-1 [editline]15th May 2011[/editline] Can it get any better
ATTENTION: ALL KINGS AND RED WINGS FANS! You all have seen your team become demolished by the San Jose Sharks, respectively in the first and second round. Kings, as a sixth-seeded team, were swept by the Sharks due to great offense by Pavelski, Setoguchi, and Marleau, scoring machines for the Sharks. Red Wings, as facing the San Jose Sharks for the second consecutive year in the second round of the playoffs, were seeking revenge to eliminate the Sharks, but they failed, losing in Game 7, not completing the 4-game comeback. Root for the Canucks as they contend against the Sharks that have eliminated your teams! GO CANUCKS GO!

Montreal and Tampa, two different teams.. Tampa is on a mission this year, and it doesn't look too good for Boston right now. Gonna have to wait and see, I'm not cheering for either of the two, I could care less who the Canucks face in the finals.
Paragraph
I like how you guys use "Destroy", you guys aren't facing the little guys anymore, (May I remind you the bottom of the standings team Chicago nearly fucked you guys over). You can use the Detroit thing against us but at least Detroit is actually a good team.
If the Sharks don't finally AT LEAST get to the Stanley cup this year I'm going to be pissed. Always a bridesmaid, never a bride. We've made the playoffs like 17/20 of our years of existence yet haven't been to a final, c'mon now.
get good, scrubs
We'll see tonight.
tampa = never played in the playoffs ever
tampa won the cup the year before the lockout :psyduck:
Should I refer your words back to you? We are a different team from those of the previous years. Sedin Twins, Kesler, Luongo, and the rest of the players have refined their strategies and shots to prove themselves as true contenders for the Stanley Cup. Hence, we have won the Presidents' Trophy. Although we have never been complacent facing each of the rivals in each of the rounds, we assure you will not give you chances. Don't be too excited after beating Detroit for the second consecutive time in playoffs. Canucks ain't the team like the Kings and the Red Wings that you can eliminate. Vancouver in 6, Tampa in 7
Have a look at this: http://i774.photobucket.com/albums/yy23/benfraklin/canucks-shark-sushi.jpg
I don't care how good the sedins and kesler are. Luongos consistently inconsistent, I can't see them winning with him. Firepower is useless when your goalie cracks under pressure.
tampa won the cup the year before the lockout :psyduck:
vs us you dummy
Have you faced the pressure in Vancouver? It is the most spirited town when it comes to NHL Playoffs. Any other goalie playing for Vancouver would feel the same way, and Luongo, so far, has done far better than all of the other previous goalies in Canucks organization.
I don't care how good the sedins and kesler are.
ATTENTION: ALL KINGS AND RED WINGS FANS! (paragraph)
Is there really a point in telling people to support your team? In my opinion it's pretty stupid. People will support whatever team they like, and it's not a genuine support if you need somebody to tell you to. Anyways, here we go.
Lets Rock, Canucks game is starting!
