I don't think either team played that well (aside from Thomas and Luongo), there were around 12 powerplays (I think) and no powerplay goals. I guess you can say the PK played well for both teams but other than that it was a mediocre game at best in my opinion.

Bostons got a damn good goalie on their hands, glad Canucks saw the pattern and pulled off an old 'one, two' for that winning goal.
Can't wait to see how the rest of this series plays out.
A great first game, pretty fun to watch. I'm thinking Vancouver is gonna win the cup in 6 games.

These next games are going to be awesome. Both teams and both goalies are playing at their best. So we see 1-0 games with 70 shots
You know, I have a lot more respect for Vancouver as a franchise than I did before the start of this season. I've never liked them much as a team-- mostly because I live on the east coast and follow the eastern conference with more zeal, but also because of those mutant Swedish clones they call their superstars.
Seriously, though, they must be the only Swedes (forwards included) who don't know how to play defence.
But anyway, I really do hope they stick it out and win the cup even though the feeling afterward will probably be somewhat anti-climactic. I possess a passionate hatred for the Bruins-- especially that flukey, flailing, pedophile mustache-sporting Thomas. If Hasek's hockey ability was ready to reincarnate, why did it have to pick such a douche?

Yikes, the Flyers game (game 4) I went to was the first time they had scored on a PP in like 45. I'm a fan of the Bruins, but they really need to work on this.
