Vancouver gave up after the 3rd goal.
We had more shots, but Boston had better ones. Good game Boston, we didn't bring our game tonight and you made us pay for it.
Screw this game! We wanted to lose so we can win in vancouver!

Horton hit:

Damn. That wass a pretty dirty hit. Horton should know better than to be standing there watching his pass, but Rome should definitely know better than to throw a cheap hit like that in the playoffs.
You can't afford to give up a 5 minute penalty, and make them work down a man.
I know Rome wasn't trying to take the head, but he should have known better than that.
Bad play by both sides.
And what a hell of a game.
I didn't expect Vancouver to get stomped like that...jesus...
You can't afford to give up a 5 minute penalty, and make them work down a man.
With Boston's PP, a blunder like that is still pretty light on Vancouver's wallet.
Damn. That wass a pretty dirty hit.
Actually that was a clean hit. It was interference BUT a minor one. It wasn't a late hit either. Need to look at the replay at full speed, not when slowed down. You will notice that the hit comes just over a full second later.
Apparently a late hit is anything past a half of a second. Not to mention I'm pretty sure Rome's Elbow comes pretty close to Horton's head. It's not under rule 48 as a blindside hit, but it could still be a headshot and deserving of a suspension.
Rome got suspended for 4 fucking games, that's total fucking bullshit. Not that we need him to win the Cup, but still.
I would rather have burrows get suspended for what he did than Rome
I've changed my mind, go Bruins. The Nucks are looking like bigger pricks every day.
Lol no point in cheering for Boston, they aren't going to win.

Why are all Canucks fans so cocky?
Why are all Canucks fans so cocky?
They haven't been through the heartbreak most fans have. After a few seasons of feeling like you're the best only to lose, you start to eat some humble pie.
[editline]7th June 2011[/editline]
Plus they probably feel invincible for finally beating the Blackhawks.
Why are all Canucks fans so cocky?
Way to generalize there, buddy.
Plus they probably feel invincible for finally beating the Blackhawks.
And if I recall correctly, they blew a 3-0 series lead and won game 7 in OT.
So they barely beat the Blackhawks.
Way to generalize there, buddy.
It's pretty true though, all the ones that I know go around shouting "THIS IS OUR YEAR BRO, THIS IS OUR FUCKING YEAR!"
Obviously not everyone is like this but blanket statements are fun.
Rome got suspended for 4 fucking games, that's total fucking bullshit. Not that we need him to win the Cup, but still.
They put Horton, one of Boston's top goalscorers out of the rest of the series with a late shoulder to the head, sounds fair to me.
I seem to recall seeing that the Canucks got totally annihilated last game.
Your words are empty.
Lol, whatever you say. Watch, Canucks are going to win the Cup. I'm 100%.
They put Horton, one of Boston's top goalscorers out of the rest of the series with a late shoulder to the head, sounds fair to me.
So basically you're saying if it was a nobody on the Boston Bruins, the suspension wouldn't have been that harsh? If that's the case, the NHL needs to pull their heads out of their ass. Actually, just Bettman, he always plays favorites, been against the Canucks all playoff long and now we're going to shove it in his face when we prevail and win the cup.
IJeax is actually Lapierre
I have to miss todays game because of work, this sucks...
Why are all Canucks fans so cocky?
Because we have giant cocks.
No, seriously it's a sport. Everyone who is a major fan of a hockey team will be cocky.
Welp, go bruins.
Canucks are going to win the Cup. I'm 100%.
That means nothing. Everyone is 100% sure their team is going to win.
That means nothing. Everyone is 100% sure their team is going to win.
No, he's just incredibly cocky/talking shit. I'm not 100% sure the Bruins are going to win, and I don't think I would be if I was a Canucks fan either. You never know what's going to happen.
Bruins are back in it, I guess. I'm glad, they're really kicking ass for Horton, poor guy.
No, he's just incredibly cocky/talking shit. I'm not 100% sure the Bruins are going to win, and I don't think I would be if I was a Canucks fan either. You never know what's going to happen.
Exactly.
Though I didn't mean it as everyone thinks that. I more meant there's people on both sides that are 100% sure that their team is going to win, which is obviously a problem.

Those 2 dumb ratings are Canucks fans.

Who seem to far outnumber Bruins fans here.

I'm sure you'd be saying the same thing if one of the Sedins got injured by a random Boston defenceman.
