[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
was talking more about the player's reaction not the crowd
Only persons who are going to be superbutthurt are all the Bruins fans after Game 7. Oh, well now that you put it that way, what does that have to do with anything? We're talking about fans not having class, not players. Are you a professional NHL player? No you are not. You're going to do whatever the fuck it takes to win the Stanley Cup. Take a seat.
take a deep breath
hold it
let it out sloooowwwwllyy
welcome back to the thread
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
i was a professional NHL player back in 'nam
Hm. So I say "fuck" and now you're telling me to take a deep breath? If anything, you need to take your own advice.
i posted it once and i'll post it again

what was that about class, i'm sorry i seem to recall you having absolutely no argument lmao
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
fyi everything i post in this thread is all in good fun, don't take it too serious/literal
yes I have absolutely no argument because I made all these claims about the Canucks having class. All I simply stated was that Boston fans have absolutely no class at all, and the Lapierre incident was the only outstanding thing I have seen. With the exception of fighting, diving, and finger taunting, and having watched every game from the beginning till the end, both teams have done it to eachother an equal amount. I don't claim that the Canucks have class. I never stated or implied that.
Canucks, don't let me down now.

Not all Boston fans have no class. That's a stark generalization
Edit: The fans at the game last night had no way of knowing the extent of Raymond's injury. I know that if they instantly knew he had fractured a vertebrae, they wouldn't be screaming liar.
Every fan base is going to have fans that are classless, that's just the way it is.
Every fan base is going to have fans that are classless, that's just the way it is.
Exactly, and the intensity of being at a game tends to make people go along with the crowd.
The only thing that pissed me off when Horton got knocked on his ass the Canucks fans all clapped in respect when he got wheeled off the ice. When Raymond got injured they all yelled Liar etcetc. Maybe it's because Horton was on a stretcher and Raymond wasn't.. But still.
love it when people take things on the internet super serious
you've made my day ahahah
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
btw did you end up stealing that blackberry, criminal scum? :v:
love it when i have a valid argument that you obviously can't retaliate against, you say im taking things super serious when in fact im just debating with you lol and i honestly could care less about things over the internet, because at the end of the day, it's never going to affect my life.
Every fan base is going to have fans that are classless, that's just the way it is.
Does that include you?
I'm not meaning to be a douche, I've just never lived to see the Canucks in the Stanley Cup finals and I've been waiting all my life for this moment, I'm a huge mother fucking Hockey fan as you can tell, so if I seem to come off as a douche then I'm sorry.
They were in the finals in 1994, how old are you?
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Also shut the fuck up about "it's our turn" and "we deserve it more". Whoever wins game 7 deserves it more, plain and simple. There are no turns for winning the Stanley Cup.
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Just to clarify, I hate Boston and I really want the Canucks to win but fans like you just annoy me to no end.
Fuck baseball, I could care less about that shit. Hockey obviously doesn't mean shit to you, or not near as much as it means to me, 17 years is like a century to me when it comes to something like this. You're going to be sorely mistaken when the Canucks kick the Bruins ass and send those bumble-bee colored bitches packing. We've never won the cup, you have, sorry bro, it's our turn, not yours. Call it what you will, Canucks deserve it a lot more than the bruins, we played 82 games to get home ice advantage and tomorrow it's going to pay off, sorry.
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Man I'm going to love to come back here tomorrow and shove it in all the haters faces when the Canucks win, it's going to be sweet sweeeeeeeeeeeeeet victory.
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Also, no. You wouldn't be in the NHL if you were never on your game. That argument is invalid.
now I hope they win just to make you look stupid
You Canucks fans need to learn about humbleness, there's nothing wrong with being confident in your team's abilities but sitting here guaranteeing wins is the best way to jinx your team.
I don't think they read facepunch
I don't think they read facepunch
lmao so in order to jinx something they need to be able to read/hear it?
I refuse to shave until the Canucks win a Stanley cup.
love it when i have a valid argument that you obviously can't retaliate against, you say im taking things super serious when in fact im just debating with you lol and i honestly could care less about things over the internet, because at the end of the day, it's never going to affect my life.

oh god what if they lose are you not going to shave until next year
Hope the Bruins win but I don't really care about hockey. I just want the bragging rights that Boston / New England has the best sports teams.
Except the Red Sox. They will always suck. Even when they're winning.

Why does BC play so bad in Boston?
Why does BC play so bad in Boston?
We haven't won in that building since like, 2007.
[editline]14th June 2011[/editline]
Jesus christ it feels like 2007 was yesterday
Not all Boston fans have no class. That's a stark generalization

Yeah and when Horton got hit Bruins fans took it out on the far less Vancouver fans that were around. Throwing shit, insulting them and in one case pissing on a guy. They even tried to pull a guy out of a fucking cab and do god knows what. Acting as if they had anything to do with it. Real classy.
So I make the hour and a half trip to Vancouver to watch the game. Get there at 5, make it to CBC Plaza when they were singing the anthems. Puck drops, 4 goals later and I'm on my way back home hahaha, that was funny. Although, I'm still not worried one bit, I truly believe this was meant to happen for a reason and it will be so bitter sweet when the Canucks take it at home in game 7.
Ooh! Did you see me?

Besides, few Bruins fans in this thread have any room to call anyone out on generalizing. I keep seeing "you Vancouver fans sure are cocky" when the only one making cocky remarks is Ijeax. Hypocrites.
[editline]15th June 2011[/editline]
now I hope they win just to make you look stupid
Well he may look stupid tomorrow, but atleast he isn't 4' tall forever.

So are you saying that the probably 1-2000 people who did this represent the entirety of the Bruins' fan base? haha. And please give me an article or something that proves this, I haven't heard anything about it.
And no matter how bad any fans get, hockey fans are still nowhere near as bad as soccer/football fans :v:
oh shut the fuck up boston waited a hundred and something years for a world series, 17 isn't anything to shit yourself over.
not to mention we've been waiting longer, it's our turn this year, you can have it next year
Uhhh I beleive that the last time that Boston won the cup was the same year the Canucks became a franchise... soo the waiting has been equal?
Actually the Canucks came into the game in 70-71 and the Bruins hoisted the cup in 71-72 so the Canucks have been waiting longer. You can have it next year.
So are you saying that the probably 1-2000 people who did this represent the entirety of the Bruins' fan base? haha. And please give me an article or something that proves this, I haven't heard anything about it.
There were numerous canuck fans interviewed after the game with similar stories of death threats/shit poured on them. So i'd have to assume a significant amount participated. I can't find a video or anything for it, it was on CBC after the game.
