I'm thinking the home team would have the advantage over the first to score in this case. To be honest I think the crowd getting hyped up would trump having one goal over their heads.

I want Vancouver to win. The reason I dislike Boston is because I was bullied in elementary school by this kid who is a massive Bruins fan. Seeing the Bruins lose to the Canucks, and see his sad sad posts, instead of his posts on Facebook, will make my Grade 12 year complete.

So true. As much as I want to see a Canadian team win the Stanley Cup, Boston deserves it a lot more. Also, at least the cup will come to my town if Boston wins.
