What did you have in mind? I'm not having everyone building stupid rockets that they can fire at territories around them if they simply quickly speeder bike in and drop a beacon before speeder biking out.

Thats what I was thinking. You would have to land, set up the beacon then defend said beacon for a turn or two. While after the beacon is set up the rocket must be prepped and all that, and must take two turn to fire and is a medium explosion or small depending on the rocket.

It sounds reasonable. If you want I'll set up a set of rules specific to you, like Black with his teleporter, but if they're broken you may not use it again. :v:
Christ. 200 posts in 4ish hours... Time for a small speed-build (only objects, my base is bare. Also my supplies come this turn).
Extra info: in times of peace a clone is made ready for battle every 18 turns (Weapons and shiz), in urgent times (E.g. an army has come knocking on my door) clones can be created in 5. But this makes the clones unstable and likely to develop strange emotions and attachments which are not desired in a good soldier.

The engineers create: A lift, power generator, and 2 doors to the surface.
The leader finishes training the soldiers basic things and they equip their guns.
The machine is almost at "green light."

Elf, you forget mine was the "elite" caste. 8ish turns to clone,1 to armour, 2 to be taught basic knowledge on the weapons, 2 to get weapons and an optional 3 on the target range to make them more accurate. After all you don't get SAS troopers trained in a month. It takes years of practice beforehand and a year long course. Of course 18 is a iffy timeline.

Shit happens, the supply LAATs fly off, bits added, cloning is set up along with armory and Armour room (:v:). More men have arrived, three of whom are reconnaissance troopers with their own speeders. Their orders are to go and locate other races in the immediate vicinity.
